The churrasco, the ribeye, the chicken breast, the chorizo... all of it has been stellar. I have never had a single issue with ordering, or picking up. As a matter of fact, even when I have made errors when placing my order, they are quick to resolve my issue and help me out. I placed an order for delivery for what I presume to be one of their busiest days (New Year's Eve). I needed to change the order to pickup and change the date of pickup from the 31st to the 30th. They made the changes for me without issue, or grievance. Personally, raw meat gives me the major ick. My OCD goes into panic mode when I have to handle the meat. I even use gloves (wish I didn't, but maybe I'll work on that in therapy). Point of the matter is that I have gone to several butcher shops in town in an effort to find better quality meat. They have all grossed me out. Josh's is pristinely clean. I feel zero anxiety walking in, or out with meat. Whenever you go pickup in store, Josh's mom, or dad are at the register. It makes me so happy to know I am supporting a small Miami family business. I love this place so much that not only do I frequently purchase their meat for my family, we give out gift cards constantly because I can trust that the recipient will have an unforgettable experience as well. You can't go wrong with this place. Truly, the meat and experience is worth every penny.

Others in our party ordered the "award-winning" potato salad, which tasted pretty good. As an aside, I ordered my burger medium well, and it was cooked as desired. Everyone else ordered their burger medium and two were very pink, more like medium rare or rare. It seems like most of their awards and accolades were earned pre-COVID. Jorge was friendly, patient, and accommodating (I was the only there ordering at the time). It's also good to judge an operation when they are busy and cranking it out. But, today was my day for his BBQ. The wait for the food was about 15 mins. and he brought the silver tray inside for me. All the food looked so pleasant, clean, and neat...I had to take pictures. I like this presentation; the clean orderly look of good BBQ. Tells me a lot about the chef. Dig in: My first bite of the Ribs, the meat fell right off the bone. It was amazing! No sauce! Just clean meat deliciousness. I tried the 'Slaw, and then the Fries. They both complemented the Pork Ribs. I sat in my chair and savored the rest of my platter (check pics please). Obviusly to hided. 2- The place does not accept Apple pay. For me who no longer carry a wallet or a physical way of payment could be a huge issue at the time of payment. Other than that the place is great and clean. Service is good and food even small portion is excellent. For now I still prefer Texas of Brazil at Dolphin Mall.
