It's like a medium rare burger, it requires very little chewing. It's the combination of the French roll, the steak, the grilled onions, and Asiago cheese that truly make it just a great sandwich. Even after devouring it, it's still on my mind and I wouldn't mind coming back to try other items on the menu. Customer service is very friendly and attentive.
