I don't know the skills of everyone there but I do know that Jessica Lopez is an amazing hair stylist and that I absolutely loved my hair cut. She was very thorough in the consultation, very kind during the haircut, and was engaging the whole time. The reason for the 2 star deduction is not because of her work but because of the establishment. I haven't been able to book another appointment. I tried booking on the website, wouldn't let me. I called 4 different days multiple times at various times and nothing. No return call, no answer, nothing. I'm really disappointed and took my business elsewhere. No fake talk or awkward silences here! I went in for a fairly standard trim but working on some long term hair goals and she helped me figure out what we needed to do moving forward and what we could do in the current appointment to get a better look. She gave me the most amazing head massage during shampoo (I almost fell asleep) and didn't try to sell me on any products that I never asked about which I appreciated! This review is long overdue. I have been coming to the salon for almost a year. My stylist is Jennifer. My journey began when I first moved back to California and could not find a master stylist or colorist to fix the problems I had with my hair. Previously, I had such a bad haircut, but I was embarrassed to do anything with it. I also experienced a bad colorist who had bleached my hair so bad that 17 inches had to be cut off of my hair. It was mortifying. So needless to say, I was afraid to go anywhere I actually found Jennafer, when my daughter decided that she wanted to cut off her long hair into a short bob. I was determined to make sure that my daughter didn't go through what I went through. Lo and behold I found Jennafer. She is an actual master stylist, the hours, and the years of experience are very important when finding this person and Jennifer was it, I took my daughter and my daughter was so pleased and happy with the cut that she got that I was impressed. I decided to schedule an appointment for a light trim with her just to see what she would do. Hope is a nail specialist that works at the salon. She is very professional and she is helping by " saving" my toes from horrible ingrown painful nails. She has a method different than any doctor. There is no digging. No pulling like the quick stop salons . She also fixed my broken nail that was at base of my great toe, I have been so impressed with my care I just had fibroblast to my sun aging spots. I am not a big fan of this place at all. I need to first say that the haircuts I received were very good. The atmosphere the stylists and the price was really disappointing. My first appointment found me going in and sitting in the waiting area with absolutely no acknowledgement at all. I expect, at the very least, to hear someone say, "We'll be right with you." But, nothing. During my haircuts, both times, I was told all about how they were from Orange County and that the salon they'd worked for before was bad, and that shop's owner was bad. They also badmouthed another salon here in town, which I will keep nameless. I also had to hear about their kids and drama. Now, I'm used to a bit of gossiping while getting a haircut but I'd like to get a word in edgewise as well. Through all of this, I was charged an astronomical price, considering I'm in Fallbrook. I assume they kept bragging about being from Orange County so they could justify charging Orange County prices. Overall I will not being going back. I've found a wonderful stylist that charges me half the price with 3 times the quality and personality. read more

No, not happy. I listened to all the glowing reviews and was happy when I called that they could give me an appointment the same day..BE CAREFUL if you're scheduled with Antoinette. She's proudly 75 and been doing hair for 59 years. Trouble is, she did not invite discussion. Did not ask me what I wanted. She said she would do this, this and that, and immediately took the scissors and cut off a chunk. By the time she was finished I was all but scalped. The whole time she talked with a sales rep who was there taking her order for supplies. Her attention was not on me. I finally had to tell her to quit cutting. Then, she took my credit card, charged it and said "we don't have you sign anymore, since COVID. Their website says they wear masks; they don't. She asked me to take mine off. No, no, no! I will never to back to her. Someone else in that salon, maybe. Antoinette should retire. She gave me a 1950s cut. She's stuck in the way back when. read more
