Very unhappy with this business. I made my 1st order through 1-800-Flowers and it was never delivered. I contacted 1-800 and they said they were requesting another order "from a different florist". Sadly, they went back to this florist. The quality of the bouquet (which I spent over $50 on) was below sub par. Arrangement looked like a child did it. Looked nothing like what I had ordered through 1-800. This after waiting 12 days for any arrangement to be delivered. Super disappointed. read more

I received a floral bouquet delivered to my house. It is beautiful, very nice design and the flowers are very fresh and remained so for several days. After several days, I was able to remove a few and still have a lovely bouquet. Receiving flowers arranged is so much nicer than in a box that I have to arrange myself. I ordered flowers for my daughter. The first time I tried to order on the website & it seemed locked up so I exited out of the site & got back in. The second time my order went through and I got an email confirmation. I double checked before ordering the second time and received only one email confirmation. The next day my daughter got two bouquets of flowers and two identically written cards. I called the florist to explain and was told that they were just filling the orders and that people do duplicate orders all the time! I mentioned that a phone call or email would have been nice to double check that it wasn't an error. I will take my business somewhere else next time for sure!! Two stars for quick, over the phone service... If it wasn't for that, I would be giving one star. To start with, prices are a bit high, but I was more than willing to pay them considering I live in California and I wanted flowers delivered to Colton high school. However, the flowers that were delivered were NOT what I ordered.... In fact, they weren't even close. I ordered the Teleflora BLUE Caribbean with a cute blue vase. There were supposed to be tulips, some greenery, and a few other blue/yellow flowers. I specifically said it was for a birthday and NOT Valentine's day. The woman let me know they were out of blue vases and asked if it was okay to put it for a red one... I as a little hesitant bc I wasn't sure if it would go with the flowers, but she assured me they would match. My sister received the flowers today and sent me a pic of them... And to be honest, I was kinda pissed. It looked like a cheap, generic, tiny Valentine's Day bouquet. None of the flowers were the same as the pic online... And had I seen it in person, I would have never picked them. I attempted to look the bouquet up on their website again and it was gone!! I understand it's close to Valentine's Day, but if you're out if something, just let the customer know... I would have picked almost anything else. I should have contacted a family member or ANYONE else to go into a Safeway and pick something a little classier than what a middle school boy would pick for his first gf. This is the worst florist its been my displeasure to encounter. Unprofessional, rude in the utmost, and devoid of manners. My floral delivery surprise was ruined as flowers were not delivered until late in the day and the giver contacted me wondering what had happened. I was contacted three hours later to check if I'd received the flowers that were unceremoniously dumped at my front door, uncovered, for over 3 hrs. Absolutely unacceptable. The owner, Robin, called me a name and hung up on me, despite the fact that she was totally incorrect in her lack of florist skills in leaving flowers to die outside as well as her ignorance to good old-fashioned customer service. Her attitude is that of a guttersnipe and her disgusting behavior should not be tolerated by any consumer. It is not surprising that her business handles funerals. The grieving don't have time to complain. The only grieving here is her mean and spiteful attitude and lack of professionalism, which was stunning. I have never written a review, but feel it is my duty to warn the public that this exists. This is not my neighborhood florist, thankfully, but I wish the fine people of Molalla luck in coping with the dreadful attitude of this vile individual. read more

Ordered flowers for a sick child. When they sent me a photo of what they received I was shocked and embarrassed. I called the florist Robyn about my unsatisfaction. She made excuses that it was too close to Valentines and she didn't have many flowers. (she should have called me and I would have changed the order but she didn't). She made excuses that she gave me the value of flowers for what I paid for (what I paid for was from a photo on their site and THEY listed the price for that arrangement). After I told her I would go to social media to complain she said fine. Then called me back to offer making them another flower arrangement in a week. Damage done! She has since asked me NOT to BASH her business. I am just leaving the review so that others will be aware to NOT ORDER online. If you must, go directly to the shop. I WISH I could show the photos of what was ordered and what was received. My advice Robyn, if you have a dissatisfied customer just make it right, no excuses! read more
