Let me say, what a disappointment in service and value. What I expected to see when I went to funeral was NOT what was there. I paid $260 cash and I saw this 18" inch wreath of daisies- could not see any greenery. I called immediately after funeral with my concerns and was told that I would receive a call back to discuss. I did NOT get a call back, and while i did reached back out to shop (co-owner) and reiterated my disappointment; she explained to me that they thought in their opinion "it was beautiful" in her opinion, and explained they also put an addition ($50) into the wreath described above. NO WAY!! PLEASE, BUYERS-BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Beware of PANTRY MOTHS. They got into my pantry via their freshly packed nuts. Pantry moths spread…read morequickly and are a nightmare to get rid of. You have to trap the males to stop the breeding cycle which takes months using pantry moth traps. Insecticide didn't work. Orkin didn't work. We had to toss everything in our pantry, seal all crevices, and repaint and it still took months because they got behind the wall and behind our fridge. Absolute nightmare. Horrocks is aware that they are infested with them and will not do anything about it. I used to love Horrocks but now I avoid it like the plague. I posted about it on a local FB page when it happened asking for ideas o. How to get rid of them and learned that several people got pantry moths from Horrocks too.
