Normally a couple will droop or die and can be pulled to save the arrangement but when I woke up yesterday morning EVERY SINGLE ROSE was collapsed - and most of the lilies too. When I called the florist I asked if they had an email (because I wanted to send them pictures and explain my experience and the one they sent me was from a noreply address) However when I ask if they had an email the man on the phone (Roz) replied back with "for $5.00" I was shocked by that response and was silent for a bit until he then laughed and said just kidding. Completely unprofessional. He ended up giving it to me and then is what I wrote and his response.
