Five stars. They lasted four days, hence the two star review. I am so disappointed I was not able to enjoy them for even a week. Normally a couple will droop or die and can be pulled to save the arrangement but when I woke up yesterday morning EVERY SINGLE ROSE was collapsed - and most of the lilies too. When I called the florist I asked if they had an email (because I wanted to send them pictures and explain my experience and the one they sent me was from a noreply address) However when I ask if they had an email the man on the phone (Roz) replied back with "for $5.00" I was shocked by that response and was silent for a bit until he then laughed and said just kidding. Completely unprofessional. He ended up giving it to me and then is what I wrote and his response. Btw if anyone wants their email it's bev@jasmincreek.sdcoxmail.com He also informed me that if they don't have the flowers pictured on the website they try to make it similar. I would have expected them to reach out to me prior to sending them asking if it's ok if they use other flowers (which btw were way less expensive than the ones I chose).
