Every bite felt like the perfect example of what a burger should be. The season fries (shoestring) have a kick to them but never had better fries. I suggested chili cheese fries and hope they take that into consideration The atmosphere was calm and pleasant when I arrived (about 30 minutes after opening). It wasn't busy yet, but I noticed a few people enjoying their meals outside. The staff provided phenomenal service quick, courteous, and genuinely friendly, which made the visit even better. This chain is drive-thru only and serves à la carte, much like Five Guys but it's both cheaper and, in my opinion, even better! This will be my permanent go-to burger place! I highly recommend it!

After placing your order, they give you a number to place on your table and the staff brings your food to your table. From there, you're basically on your own. Drinks, napkins, ketchup, silverware, and to-go containers are easily accessible close to the bar area so you can help yourself. This simplifies the experience so you can get whatever you need without staff assistance. You'll also leave your dishes and trash by the bin on your way out. My favorite spice level is the Nashville hot. It has the perfect seasoning without being overly salty. My go-to order is the wedgie garden veggie salad that includes mixed greens with bacon, blue cheese, tomato, snap peas, red onion. Ranch, Honey Mustard, Red Wine Vin, or Lemon Vin. You can choose crispy tenders, thigh, grilled breast, or tempeh with your wedgie salad. I choose the tenders and the salad comes with two of them. I also order a side of the fries. The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.
