On average, 10 min to get a beer after you order it. Which to some may not be that bad, but I waited for the server to come out for quite a bit longer. We visited Bad Daddy's based on a strong recommendation but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Our entire meal was served cold, which significantly impacted the overall quality. I ordered the Bacon Overload Burger, but the bacon was disappointingly soggy. My daughter created a custom burger, which arrived with missing ingredients, and her tater tots were also cold. Service was average at best--about 3 stars--as our server was often unavailable and difficult to flag down when needed. Demetrius is the best server we have ever had. He was so kind and brought a little fruit plate for our daughter without us even asking. He had amazing recommendations on the beer and the one he had me try blew me away. We arrived during a rush on a Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar. The bartender and bar staff were in the weeds, so we didn't mention to them that we never received menus ... have never been to Bad Daddy's but we just grabbed the "build your own burger" card and did that to make it easy for them, so I can't attest to what the restaurant really offers. Nobody seemed to notice we didn't have menus. Once he could breathe again, bartender provided good service. The only NA beer was Sam Adam's Hazy, which is terrible (sweet -- why? Coors Edge is so good, why have this?). The diet Dr. Pepper was oversweet and flat. Burgers were good but fell apart and, for the kicker, I got painful food poisoning that definitely came from here. I called on Sunday to let them know and left a message asking if they would at least refund the cost of my burger, but nobody answered the phone or called me back. I posted a review on Google and a person (or a bot) replied, asking me to email them with more info. I've eaten here quite a few times. I've tried multiple burgers and they're all good. Some are downright great. My only complaint with the burgers is sometimes the assembly is botched. Like not building it with the lettuce on the bottom bun which means if it's a sloppy burger the bottom bun gets soggy and falls apart after the first few bites. At which point I'll discard the bun and just eat it with a fork. I've tried the fries, onion rings and sweet potato fries and all were good. But this time I ordered the nachos.
