I was shocked when the vet called back within minutes and said that someone would meet me at the clinic and that although she was almost home, that she would turn around and go back. Both were so incredible in their compassion, attention to detail and all bodily systems that could be affected. All aspects were openly discussed at a level that I understood and respectful of my almost 30 years of people medicine (complete with education of the differences between people and dog pathophysiology). From the first phone call to check out it was a great experience! Everyone was SO friendly! We were led into the exam room within just a couple minutes of arriving. They drew the blood needed for the heartworm etc testing right there in the exam room and did the exam and vaccinations in there too. The previous vet took them out of the room and away from us which I do not care for. Everyone was so friendly and explained things thoroughly and patiently and pleasantly answered our questions. I really believe this vet clinic feels you should be grateful for the subpar service they provide as there are not a lot of other options in the area.
