UPDATE: July 2018 My bunny Chloe broke her leg and I brought her to this hospital for care because of positive past experiences. I'm so happy I brought her here because this place has been amazing to her and my family. The veterinarians were up front with Chloe's care and probability of surviving surgery, and discussed options with my spouse and I with tenderness and honesty. Dr. Blum provided meticulous research and took the time to discuss options many times with our family. Dr. Nevo amputated Chloe's broken leg successfully, a surgery that isn't performed as often as dogs and cats. Seriously, you should see the xray, y'all. She's a pro amongst pros. When Chloe's incision became infected (due to its location that's difficult to keep clean) Dr. Duke provided the most ginger and tender care to my bunny, who was scared and in pain but didn't fight because she felt safe under his care. The real MVP of this clinic and Chloe's care is Veterinarian Technician Brooke H. From the moment we brought Chloe in for her leg, Brooke provided the utmost care and love to Chloe. She also went above and beyond to ensure we had timely updates of Chloe's surgery and aftercare. As many things in life go, Chloe's leg break came at a difficult time for our family. Brooke was the divine intervention we and Chloe needed to care for her injury. I wish I had a big sack of money to give her lol! Chloe is so special to our family and I'm so thankful for this hospital. They continue to show great concern for the quality of life of both 2- and 4-legged, and in Chloe's case 3-legged, creatures on this Earth. Apparently they feel like her issue of peeing around the house could be fixed with testing and blah blah blah; it's an avenue we didn't want to go down but they wouldn't budge. The only option other than taking her back home (which we weren't going to do) was to surrender her to them. The only good that came out of all of this was that it didn't cost us anything. But this whole issue was never about money. It's about keeping our house free from urine and getting closure on a loved one that was with us for 9 years. Now who knows what will happen. That sometimes can tend to be even more emotional that putting a cat to sleep. I would not recommend this clinic. It has changed since Dr. Gouck (sp) sold the business.

I adopted my handsome greyhound from Northern Lights about 8 months ago. I have been blown away by the love and compassion provided from every employee at this clinic. I get phone calls from the clinic just to follow up and see how my dog is doing. They have covered ALL fees for anything pre-existing before the adoption such as the removal of a broken canine tooth. They even offered to keep my dog overnight after surgery just as a courtesy and peace of mind for us. Overall this is such a wonderful clinic. I am so happy with my greyhound adoption and the clinic we connected with in the process.

They also only push the rx diet when any complications arise - even if said animal is allergic to ingredients - causing more problems and more bills. They used to have 2 really friendly vet techs but not anymore. After they left the vet office became pretty toxic. I went in to get confirmation on a med due to there being no label and the staff mocked me in the backroom... I HEARD EVERYTHING. If you want to be the best you really shouldn't be mocking ur clients in general but def not when they're in a earshot. I will now be looking for a new vet because of this. Do better. Treat your clients with respect or you will end up losing them all.

My original issue with Wellhaven certainly put a bad taste in my mouth but since then I have had nothing but great service. My kitten was spayed here recently and had no complications. She is healing wonderfully! I do think Wellhaven is capable and I trust my animals in their care. I am confident we will continue to receive the care and customer service that I know they are able to provide.
