I filed out the online information request and soon after received a call from Steve. He was very helpful in describing the services he provides, and I had an immediate feeling that this was going to work for well us. We set up the dates for the service and a Meet and Greet date a few weeks prior to the trip. All the communications were easy and timely. Steve came by our house for the Meet and Greet and we had a great conversation about all the aspects of what he would provide, which was more than just feeding and looking after the cats. He also met the cats, and we could tell right away that he has the personality that knew how to deal with skittish cats, which one of ours is. Steve's first visit was later in the day on the day we left on our trip. He did a check in with us through a text including photos of the cats. After the first day he visited both in the morning and evening. During the second days visits he texted us both in the morning and evening with short notes and photos. This was all very reassuring to us and greatly appreciated. When we returned all at the house was great and the cats were doing well. We let Steve know we were back. A few days later he came by to drop off the keys. Steve is GREAT. We will use the service again and highly recommend it. Thank you, Steve.

We vetted several places before our trips, and each time our dogs stayed here, they came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. The staff is exceptional, genuinely kind, and attentive, which shows in every interaction. The facility itself is spacious, and we loved that they walk the dogs right at drop off to help them get acclimated and comfortable. During our recent holiday trip, our teenage son checked in on them, and the staff happily texted photos of the pups playing in the snow and having the time of their lives. Grooming was another highlight. Both dogs came home freshly trimmed, brushed, and looking fantastic. The only drawback is not having a live camera system to check in visually while you're away, which would add an extra layer of reassurance, though we fully trust they're in great hands. Overall, it's comforting to know our pets get a luxurious staycation when we're gone, and judging by their happy returns, they're just as spoiled there as they are at home. What can I say? I went in today for an orientation and a walk through at about 10AM. IMO, there were way too many dogs in each area. The dog rooms are small and dimly lit, and all connected, so the atmosphere is very loud. I was shocked at how many large dogs were in such a small area. As we walked through with the staff, a fight broke out between two dogs. Others joined in because there was no where to go. One staff in the room for about 20-25 large dogs. No wonder. There is simply not enough room for the number and size of dogs in that space. I would never leave my dog there.
