It wasn't professionally handled but I paid with no fuss & even left a tip since she was an older woman. Front desk never even asked me how everything went - it's like they knew this was a joke. The owner reached out to me personally which was appreciated and even told me about some of the complaints against this particular therapist. Yet, a considerable time was spent defending the business than remedying the situation. They wanted me to come back for 50% off & redo my massage - here's the kicker: with the same therapist if I wanted (Ha!). I communicated that I don't live in Texas and I'm only passing through so how & why would I give you more of my money & time??? Although I never asked for money back, the whole thing felt disingenuous and a complete waste of time. I would skip this one entirely as you're at a loss if you have a bad experience & you'll be forced to defend your feedback if the owner reaches out to you. Take your business elsewhere to those who aren't as dysfunctional, greedy & will actually operate from a place of integrity. I was curious to know if Dr. Daniel Smith was one of those diamond injectors so I googled him and found a mugshot! Based on the story I read, I can't continue to use his services. Going forward I'll find someone that makes safer recommendations for injections (as my doctor said doing under the eyes is actually dangerous) and that doesn't show up on the internet with weird news stories

I got a hold of her mom and she said she had no idea her daughter was doing this and that she'd refund us through her CPA and said the money should be in by the next day with no hiccups. then ghosted us completely after that message and the refund was never made. till just a few days ago we got tired of trying to get a hold of them so i posted on here as well and she seen and finally texted me only because she seen the post was getting attention other people saying similar things. and she offered to refund me half of what i paid because her mom had got the money as to what she said and was saying to take the post down and she'd refund us because her business was getting ran through the ground . she ended up refunding us everything we paid and i took the post down because we kept our word unlike their business. very unprofessional so sad to see and know we we weren't then only people they have done that to their just taking peoples money and making excuses
