this is my go to sushi place when i want something quick and simple. service is always great and the fish is fresh! my favorites are the spicy salmon and philadelphia rolls. it's a bit dark in here but overall one of my favorite spots in town.

I always enjoy coming to this local, family owned spot in Naperville. The sushi is fresh, and the rolls are innovative. The staff is friendly and the service is good.

I think this is the best sushi restaurant in Naperville. The inside was just renovated, and turned out very nice. Peter will take great care of you. Great experience!

One of the better sushi options in South Naperville. Fresh Water Eel Sushi Roll was fresh and delicious. Salmon teriyaki was average and veggies were slightly undercooked. Great Service and clean environment. Thank you

My daughter and I had our first sushi date at Wild Tuna. Outstanding service and the food was delicious. This was her first time eating sushi and the staff was extremely supportive. Great job.

This has been my favorite sushi spot for years. The staff is warm & friendly, a true family run establishment. The food is always incredible and extremely fresh. Drinks are well crafted and full of flavor. Some of our favorites are the Tuna tower, the lychee martini, and any of their specialty rolls. They always have the best sashimi grade tuna pieces that I have ever had. Don't miss out on this place!

Miso. So so salty. Didn't eat it. Couldn't eat it.

Sushi prices weren't bad but rolls were only 4-5 pieces where most places you get 6-8. Service was great. Table was sticky AF even after having it wiped again- I have to assume that's related to something having to do with cleaning it all the time and perhaps wearing down the finish. But highly annoying to eat on. Food came out very fast and very fresh. However, it was literally the worst miso soup I've ever had. It was so incredibly salty- It hurt your mouth, and almost like it was to concentrated. I totally go back, but I would skip the Miso.

Love the outdoor patio lights in December.

I want to give five stars because the sushi is absolutely delicious! I've dined in and picked up take out and received nothing less than mouthwatering Maki! The reason for 4 stars is simply price. You get what you pay for is a motto I agree with. Food has always been the number one thing I will spend a lot of money on because it's worth it in my opinion. Wild Tuna, as noted above, delivers impeccable food, however the price is just too high. It's an example of when I would rather go to a slightly less tasty sushi restaurant because the price is so much better it makes it worth it. If Wild Tuna decreased their price just slightly I would purchase their food more often, ultimately increasing their revenue long term. Until then, the restaurant will remain a place for celebratory occasions only.

Blue is a damn, damn good place to go. The vegan options are wide and varied (Hello full vegan…read moremenu), and most importantly - good. It is a bit pricey as it is a downtown Naperville location, but it fits for a lot of family activities that tend to match what I do: friends in Bartlett, swimming events nearby, etc. They have two(!) nice outdoor seating areas in addition to lots of space inside - making this a great consideration for summer. I've been here at least 2 if not 3 times now, and I will be coming again. Happy hour menu during Happy hour (which I believe is Sunday) is well worth it. I found my photos for both days, and added them. I do appreciate they have the qr code stuff for paying at the table as well. I'll write more and update the next time I visit, but Blue *is* a good place to go. A good, vegan friendly place to go in specific.

When I go out with my infant I usually bring a stroller. Places have been hit or miss when I bring it in, but thankfully Blue Sushi Sake Grill had no issues with it. They placed my group in a spot where no one would be reaching over or around my baby. I greatly appreciated this! The options for happy hour are large, probably the best happy hour menu I've seen, EVER. The deals included drinks and food. I tried the white peach daiquiri and it was refreshing. It was a bit on the artificial side but overall I really liked it. It comes with boba which I found super fun for this drink. For food we tried the calamari and 4 different rolls. I don't normally like fried calamari but from Blue I LOOOOVED it. It was crispy, tasty and also comes with veggies. All the rolls were delicious too. A friend suggested we try the cowgirl roll and surprisingly it was so good! Reminded me of a cheeseburger in sushi form, super fun! This is a spot I see myself being frequent and recommending to others.

I live on the north…read moreside which isn't far but having to deal with the traffic honestly keeps me from going, sometimes especially if I just need a few things. First world problems. Anyway, everything about the store is a win for me. I love the selection of produce, but sometimes they do run very low on things. They do offer a lot of products that are hard to find elsewhere and the quality is always really good . I don't go out of my way for organic, but they definitely have a really big selection Since Covid, I don't do hot bars, but they're premade meals are decent like the prime rib for like 10 bucks I found some of the best deals on really high-quality meat I've never been good at cooking steaks, but grabbed a Wagyu strip steak there for half off and it was easily the best thing I've ever made my family like their plates. Yes they're savages, but even they don't usually go that far. They have great selections of cheeses and ethnic spices that are hard to find in an actual supermarket so it's nice not to have to go to 20 different places. I love to cook, which means sometimes I need small amounts of spices if I'm trying something new so it's nice to be able to get most of them there. I think they originated in Ohio, so it's nice to see some of the Kroger offering since I lived there as a kid so it's nostalgic. The neighbor people that hanging out with the bar freaked me out a little bit not gonna lie. I don't get it. I can get behind one and have a drink as you walk through a grocery shopping but to go hang out at the grocery store for no reason, but to sit there and drink as people try to navigate their carts around you... yeah.... Weird. Sorry. Now here's what I definitely don't understand. Their cakes are so underrated unless I've just been walking through life with sunglasses in the AirPods. I have never heard anyone talk about how good their bakery is. They have a huge selection of premade stuff that isn't really their brand but the cupcakes that are made in the store and the cakes they make are incredible. The frosting for their buttercream, you can tell has actual butter in it most grocery stores around here for buttercream seem like they use shortening. I think Mariano's is fantastic and will definitely consider them when I need to order cakes in the future. The people there are also really helpful. My favorite is the woman that supervises the self checkout. She's incredibly friendly and helpful. She doesn't always come across that way initially because she doesn't seem outgoing but she really is great. I definitely say just throw this on your list of regular spots to shop.

In the past they have carried it, year round. I guess now they will limit it to St. Patrick's Day. Bummers ~ bring back the soda bread. We were seated immediately upon arrival and placed our order shortly after. Our waiter recommended 2-3 tapas per person. A quick tip: if you order a paella, order fewer tapas overall as the rice makes it very filling! The standout tapas were the cold Patatas Con Alioli (the garlic in the potato salad was divine), the Vieiras Albariño (scallops were tender and cooked to perfection), and the Calamares A La Plancha (very clean squid, no strong fishy taste). The Solomillos A La Plancha was a unique take on beef tenderloin, though it was ultimately forgettable and the Pollo Al Limón was sadly overcooked and needed more lemon. While we got seated quickly, the dish delivery was very slow and spread out, stretching our total meal to two hours. By the time our Blanco Y Negro dessert arrived, we didn't bother mentioning our missing Queso De Cabra just because we wanted to wrap things up. Another staff member tipped off our waiter about our anniversary, so he congratulated us, took our picture, and brought two glasses of champagne. While a cute moment, we were surprised to be charged for the champagne on our bill afterward. Since I'm not much of a drinker and we already had a pitcher of sangria, we would have declined had we known it wasn't complimentary. Great ambiance and seafood, but watch out for slow food rollout and unexpected charges.
