Unfortunately, this was a bad experience overall. The food was disappointing, the service was poor, and it felt extremely overpriced for what we got. We were told we could grill our own meats, which was part of the appeal--but then were charged for the server to cook them anyway. That should have been clearly communicated upfront. Service was painfully slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty (only two parties total). It took 29 minutes just to get the check and pay. Yet the 3 workers could pour themselves drinks at the bar, even a hand raise or staring at him didn't work. Small details were off too. The edamame came out completely unsalted, and the receipt listed it as "no salt," which we never ordered. It felt careless. The only bright spot was the kimchi fried rice, that was genuinely good. Between the seed oils used, inconsistent communication, slow service, and high prices, this place didn't come close to justifying the cost. Won't be returning

No 1 spot in Naperville if your looking for great food. It's very nice inside and the employees have been extra accommodating!!!

The no 1 place to eat if your in Naperville, food quality exceptional and the place is very nice inside!

Our bbq order -- kalbi and Australian wagyu

Took my dad here for an early Father's Day dinner and had a wonderful time! We had one order of the kalbi and one order of the Australian wagyu. The meat was delicious! High quality, tender, well seasoned and well cooked. Together with the generous side dishes that were included with the meal we left full and satisfied. Extra props to the very attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Sho is a new chic Korean/Japanese BBQ restaurant that just soft opened without any fanfare. I was lucky enough to eat while it's not too busy as they test things out, as I was told the menu is still evolving. Personally I really enjoyed the wagyu and rib-eye cuts on the grill, along with homemade kimchi and potato salad banchan. The kimchi fried rice, kimchi stew, and japchae are also phenomenal. Looks perfect for small groups or date nights where you can try different steak cuts, either cooked by your server or by your party. I opted to test my server but feel free to do you. Very excited to try out the rest of the menu!

Came here for NYE and tried the Australian Wagyu and kalbi. Service was great. I love how there is a front closet to put your coats in so they don't smell like food. They grill for you or you can grill yourself. It's nice to finally have a good Korean bbq place in Naperville! Only suggestion is I wish the kalbi was a little more flavorful. The Australian Wagyu was really good! They ran out of American Wagyu when we went. We will be back! Check this place out!

We can't stop thinking about Sho Kalbi & the flavors we experienced, we've been here twice now- had to bring our friends the second time, & are already planning our next visit! Everything we had was a hit from the gyoza, yakisoba, kimchi fried rice, marinated kalbi, Australian wagyu, & mini desserts. We appreciated the fresh high quality meats, the noticeable care taken in the marinate, flavorful variety of banchan & sauces, kind attentive staff, upscale atmosphere, & the music!! 11/10 would recommend

Our server, Umberto, was attentive and pleasant and took good care of us; he was the best part of our evening. However, this is the first and last time I'll ever eat at Entourage. They promise "a dining experience" on their website, but I could get the same experience at your average Chili's or TGIFriday's without the pretense. Why do I say that? It's the noise...oh, the noise. There were a few tables with large parties, so it was pretty loud. Even leaning in closely, it was hard for my friend and me to hear each other talk. And the screaming kids were something else, emitting ear-piercing screams that get your attention, for all the wrong reasons. I didn't see any staff ask the large parties to keep it down or ask the parents to manage their children, which I guess I can understand. Large parties = more revenue than a two-top. But we did not - could not - linger after we ate our meals, or order coffee, dessert, and/or an after-dinner drink, because it was just too loud in there.

My wife spotted this place across the street - Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay. How could we go wrong? Well, we couldn't. The interior was smartly outfitted - the lighting, the ceilings, the walls, were all classy and nicely done. Service was outstanding - water and soft drink glasses were refilled regularly, and the table checked for food quality on multiple occasions. I was intrigued by their Prime Rib Sandwich, which is served with onion crisps. I went for the $4 upgrade to Truffle Fries. The sandwich was LARGE, very tasty, and just plain wonderful to eat. The Truffle Fries added a bit of spice to the meal. My wife had their Fish & Chips. When I saw the sandwich on the side just coming out of the kitchen, I was wondering how she'd eat it, since the piece of fish was BIG. Like How Do I eat this BIG. She used her knife and fork and got the job done. Great food, great service, nice location right on Jefferson Avenue. What a great place! We'll have to come back for Dinner!

It was my first time trying frog legs, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed them. They were served in a flavorful lemon butter sauce and tasted very similar to chicken. For my entrée, I ordered the swordfish special. It was fresh, flavorful, and not fishy at all. The fish was incredibly tender and cut like butter. My only complaint was that the portion size was a little small. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée, muddy bottom pie, and cheesecake. All three desserts were excellent, but the crème brûlée was the standout. The creamy custard paired perfectly with the crisp caramelized sugar topping. Overall, we had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and I would definitely return

There was live music, which created a fun and lively vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the experience went downhill after we were seated. We waited almost 30mins before our server came to take our order. I understand that Friday nights can be busy, but guests should still be attended in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Several of the mussels tasted spoiled, which was very disappointing!! The avocado in the crabmeat avocado appetizer was not fresh either (please see picture). There were shell fragments mixed in with the oysters. It honestly felt like they were not shucked properly in the kitchen. Finding shell pieces in oysters is not something I expect from a restaurant at this price point!! The one exception was the frog legs. They were incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked beautifully with plenty of butter. That was definitely the highlight of the meal!! Overall, the atmosphere and live music were enjoyable, but the long wait, food quality issues, and high prices made this a disappointing dining experience.

There was a miscommunication with our dessert selection which Steven made our night again and gave everyone both desserts to go. We love Edward and Steven. The best steakhouse ever.
