Came into town for a few days and made my way to the Wild Wing Cafe after some suggestions. The service was phenomenal, Jacob was our server and he was really kind and helpful. He gave us recommendations that were great and even accommodated the requests of my grandmother who has Alzheimer's. She literally only wanted yellow corn tortilla chips and he put on gloves and hand picked them for her. The food has definitely declined since I first moved here 3 years ago. The wings are over cooked and dry. The live music would be nice to enjoy but I wish it wasn't so loud so you don't have to scream to talk to people at your table. Was invited for a going away party. Once arrived, it didn't take long to get seated and receive a menu. Customer service was great in which they were able to throughly explain their items Didn't have to wait long for the food. Food was great. Crappy staff! Waited 20 minutes until I had to ask if we had a waitress. Mel, our incompetent and rude waitress, sent her trainee over. Too 35 minutes to get wings, plus another 20 minutes to get a salad! Both christi, the trainee, and mel tried to cover there lack of hostility by giving me a military discount and said there manager did that....lie!!! My wife heard mel talking shit about me, like I wanted crappy service. Christy with her "10years" experience never refilled our drinks, not once!!! I like going here. Lots of TVs near the bar, good set up in the back for large groups. I had my 50th birthday here and sat 80 people with privacy and no problems. I like the Copper wings the best. This place is great if you want to stop in at a bar after work during the week with coworkers. The live music is a bonus and the first star! Please stop at appetizers because the wings are fried to the point it was too tough to eat. How do you mess up wings in the south? The sauces are ok but taste like they are right out of a bottle. If my husband hadn't noticed quickly that the food is delivered by different staff, we would have left. The loaded chips were FABULOUS. You want to make them over the top....offer a dip with it...even at a charge it would sell! I've been coming to Wild Wing Cafe for the games and beer. There food is decent. But if you want good service, don't come here. The servers are usually nonexistent. Every single time I go. I'm usually just waiting. Few times, I would see my server sitting down somewhere playing on their phone or eating. While we're left at the table trying to get their attention. Or other times, we don't see them anywhere in the restaurant. I've sat at tables for 20 mins before they even greeted me to get my drink order. I still come here to sit at the bar. The food is good with decent price. And the bar is always busy, but That's the only place where I'll be taken care of. The bartenders are always efficient and on it! To be perfectly honest, I was not impressed by their sauce selection. We ordered the sampler, which comes with 30 wings and 5 flavors. It came with 25 wings, it makes me think so they do this often, to save a bucks and wait to see if the customer notices. When I brought it up, they didn't see surprise when I said it was only 25 wings. Their bar drinks were horrible. First time here and had a really great experience. From the food to the service. Had asked for the specials of the night at the bar and happened to have $2.50 martinis. Ordered one and was thinking for that price it may not be very good but was pleasantly surprised. Lemon drop martinis were yummy. Ordered lemon pepper wings and they were delicious. Good flavor. Unfortunately this was a HUGE no for us, we went in around 1pm on a weekend there were maybe 10 guests in the whole restaurant and we sat at the bar. We ordered 2 orders of wings and 1 appetizer that's when it all went downhill. Originally we thought chips and queso were one of their normal appetizers however 10min later we were advised that it comes with ground beef and sour cream etc so we decided against the order and changed to their spinach dip, 20min later the wrong appetizer arrives by a worker who looked as though he had sweat coming from all angles and we advised that we had changed the order to the spinach dip and the guy got very defensive asking if we just wanted to send it back then, as the bartender stated she swears she updated the order in time, in order not to cause a scene we decided to keep the wrong order, and the bartender quickly told us she will put back the chips and queso on our bill, we were dumb founded (most businesses that screw up an order typically comp you for their error) but oh well we ignored it, so continuing on there was a couple who came in maybe 15min after us and waited 20min without being greeted by any waiter/waitress and he had to get up and flag someone down, I felt that was strange again given that there weren't many people there eating anyways. A woman sat next to us at the bar she was doing an order out I mention her because she ordered around the same time we ordered our wings and we waited 45min for our wings and that poor woman waited the same amount of time for a salad she ordered, crazy thing is she checked her food before leaving and low and behold they tried to pull a fast one on her turns out they were out of shrimp and instead of telling her this while preparing her meal they continued to make it, box it up and send her on her way, now you know if you order shrimp at any restaurant that's pretty pricey and to have not informed her yet still proceed with making her meal and charge her full price that is some shameful stuff, she asked for the order to be removed from her bill and when the manager came out she rudely yelled "WELL ITS A PANDEMIC" which was extremely uncalled for again YOUR restaurant messed up not the customer! Back to my meal, the wings were decent size I unfortunately had a hair- dog hair human hair don't care fried into my wings and that's when I had enough, we paid our bill and as we were leaving a gentleman next to us received the wrong order and that's when I confirmed this place is awfully ran, whoever is in the kitchen isn't paying attention to the orders coming in or going out, the manager was extremely rude and out of line to her customers, and even after their own errors occurring it was as if the customers were a bother, the ONLY reason why this is 1 star is because the beer was cold as advertised but NEVER again would I eat or recommend this place is HORRIBLE read more

What a drop off in service and food since our last visit. Warm soggy fries, warm dry wings after waiting over 30 minutes. Sent fries back and told we can cancel order or wait until kitchen drops fries again. Decided to cancel fry order. We went last night and have not seen it that busy in a while. Tiffany was the only Bartender (other one did not show) and worked so hard to keep up. She did an amazing job to keep about 60 people at a retirement party happy as well as the Bar guest.I honestly would have left crying. There was a bartender named Callie there when we 1st arrived she insisted we closeout after 1 order(a 3.23 order). I found that on the lazy side? Or should I say selfish side. The servers....Kendra and her friends ran the whole time. I sat and watched and I will say they earned every bit of their tips last night. It was great team work, trying to help each other out. I am not sure the huge party realized they were short staffed, as I did hear a few people get "Sassy". I feel like the quality of this place has dropped. It used to be my go to place for wings but the food just isn't as good as it used to be. I just ordered some house fried rice and it barely had any meat in it other than some shrimp. The chicken wasn't very flavorful and was mediocre at best. We sat down and told the waitress we would need to put a rush on it because we were short on time. 50 minutes later the food arrived and out of the 8 orders not a single one was correct. When we said something about it she said, "That's what happens when you put in a rush order." One of our group got less than half of what he ordered (he got the burger but not his fries or appetizer) and we were all still charged the full amount. When I called after leaving (because we were about 15 minutes late by that point) the store manager said he would leave gift cards for us. Finally, after many attempts, I talked my husband into eating here and so far I am very disappointed. First, the parking lot is not big enough for the amount of customers it holds, so I had to park about a half mile away. Second, we ordered the house chips as an appetizer. What came out was about a hand full (not being exaggerative). I asked our server if she had put in a side order instead of the appetizer (appetizer costs 3.79). She said no, that we got the appetizer. Third, we ordered the 25 piece boneless sampler. Half of them were overcooked and out of the 5 sauces, only one was worth mentioning, Honey Lime Sriracha. The service was good, and per my husband, they offer a nice beer selection , that's why I gave them 3 stars. This is a late review. While in Columbus I found out they opened this chain. I ordered my usual wings (cajun) and steel studs. Customer service was good and when I got there my food was ready for pickup. (It would be helpful to have a sign at the entrance stating where to pickup carry-outs)After getting home I discovered that my wings barely had any sauce/seasoning on them, the steel stuns were fine. Next time, I will be sure to check all carryout orders, not just for here, to ensure my order. For god sake why do they keep this guy singing karaoke with a keyboard playing smooth jazz at 5PM so loud you can't think straight.

I'm kinda like a sport bar junkie! So when I say this this place ranks amongst the bet, I know what I'm talking about! Yes it has what many sports bars has, but it goes a step above. 1) the huge bar separates / shares thier spacious outdoor deck from the inside. 2) live entertainment with an actual stage. 3) Cool, helpful and attentive bartenders ( shout out to marriah! Very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely nice)! 4 ) Mature atmosphere. 5) you will get very happy with their happy hour selection! 6 )very clean and well maintained establishment. 7) PLENTY of TVs....and perfectly postitioned! 8) good people 9 family oriented 10) fun and enjoyable times! Bartender was extremely rude. The bar was not busy and she made it a point to be obnoxiously rude about where we were sitting then ordering waters at first. She continued to ignore us and not be helpful nor take our order so we had to get up to take a seat with a server. We have dined here multiple times and this was the one time where my husband and I were both upset the most to where we almost left. Pretty good song spot came out here with my coworkers a lot of them did the buffet which is unlimited wings for $12 can't beat that, I order 12 wings with China syndrome it's the perfect sauce it was spicy but not so spicy. The wings were fresh juicy and the service was awesome, especially the manager I believe he kept checking up on us he was very friendly this spot is great for an outing or if you love wings I would eat their wings over the hooters down the street any day. I'll give this place 4 stars because I love their food! Everything I've gotten has been amazing. The thing that kept me from giving 5 though is the noise level. I'm not that old yet, I love live music. I really do. That's why me and my husband go. But goodness we are in a fairly small restaurant. Not an arena.... The music is absolutely way too loud. Friday night we went and me and my friend had to just look at each other or text each other if we wanted to talk. I love the fun atmosphere but maybe just tone the sound system down a little.
