Came into town for a few days and made my way to the Wild Wing Cafe after some suggestions. The service was phenomenal, Jacob was our server and he was really kind and helpful. He gave us recommendations that were great and even accommodated the requests of my grandmother who has Alzheimer's. She literally only wanted yellow corn tortilla chips and he put on gloves and hand picked them for her. The live music would be nice to enjoy but I wish it wasn't so loud so you don't have to scream to talk to people at your table. Was invited for a going away party. Once arrived, it didn't take long to get seated and receive a menu. Crappy staff! Waited 20 minutes until I had to ask if we had a waitress. Mel, our incompetent and rude waitress, sent her trainee over. Too 35 minutes to get wings, plus another 20 minutes to get a salad! Both christi, the trainee, and mel tried to cover there lack of hostility by giving me a military discount and said there manager did that....lie!!! I like going here. Lots of TVs near the bar, good set up in the back for large groups. I had my 50th birthday here and sat 80 people with privacy and no problems. I like the Copper wings the best. If my husband hadn't noticed quickly that the food is delivered by different staff, we would have left. The loaded chips were FABULOUS. You want to make them over the top....offer a dip with it...even at a charge it would sell! I've been coming to Wild Wing Cafe for the games and beer. There food is decent. But if you want good service, don't come here. The servers are usually nonexistent. Every single time I go. I'm usually just waiting. Few times, I would see my server sitting down somewhere playing on their phone or eating. While we're left at the table trying to get their attention. Or other times, we don't see them anywhere in the restaurant. I've sat at tables for 20 mins before they even greeted me to get my drink order. I still come here to sit at the bar. The food is good with decent price. And the bar is always busy, but That's the only place where I'll be taken care of. The bartenders are always efficient and on it! To be perfectly honest, I was not impressed by their sauce selection. We ordered the sampler, which comes with 30 wings and 5 flavors. It came with 25 wings, it makes me think so they do this often, to save a bucks and wait to see if the customer notices. We went last night and have not seen it that busy in a while. Tiffany was the only Bartender (other one did not show) and worked so hard to keep up. She did an amazing job to keep about 60 people at a retirement party happy as well as the Bar guest.I honestly would have left crying. There was a bartender named Callie there when we 1st arrived she insisted we closeout after 1 order(a 3.23 order). I found that on the lazy side? Or should I say selfish side. First time here and had a really great experience. From the food to the service. Had asked for the specials of the night at the bar and happened to have $2.50 martinis. Unfortunately this was a HUGE no for us, we went in around 1pm on a weekend there were maybe 10 guests in the whole restaurant and we sat at the bar. Originally we thought chips and queso were one of their normal appetizers however 10min later we were advised that it comes with ground beef and sour cream etc so we decided against the order and changed to their spinach dip, 20min later the wrong appetizer arrives by a worker who looked as though he had sweat coming from all angles and we advised that we had changed the order to the spinach dip and the guy got very defensive asking if we just wanted to send it back then, as the bartender stated she swears she updated the order in time, in order not to cause a scene we decided to keep the wrong order, and the bartender quickly told us she will put back the chips and queso on our bill, we were dumb founded (most businesses that screw up an order typically comp you for their error) but oh well we ignored it, so continuing on there was a couple who came in maybe 15min after us and waited 20min without being greeted by any waiter/waitress and he had to get up and flag someone down, I felt that was strange again given that there weren't many people there eating anyways. A woman sat next to us at the bar she was doing an order out I mention her because she ordered around the same time we ordered our wings and we waited 45min for our wings and that poor woman waited the same amount of time for a salad she ordered, crazy thing is she checked her food before leaving and low and behold they tried to pull a fast one on her turns out they were out of shrimp and instead of telling her this while preparing her meal they continued to make it, box it up and send her on her way, now you know if you order shrimp at any restaurant that's pretty pricey and to have not informed her yet still proceed with making her meal and charge her full price that is some shameful stuff, she asked for the order to be removed from her bill and when the manager came out she rudely yelled "WELL ITS A PANDEMIC" which was extremely uncalled for again YOUR restaurant messed up not the customer! Back to my meal, the wings were decent size I unfortunately had a hair- dog hair human hair don't care fried into my wings and that's when I had enough, we paid our bill and as we were leaving a gentleman next to us received the wrong order and that's when I confirmed this place is awfully ran, whoever is in the kitchen isn't paying attention to the orders coming in or going out, the manager was extremely rude and out of line to her customers, and even after their own errors occurring it was as if the customers were a bother, the ONLY reason why this is 1 star is because the beer was cold as advertised but NEVER again would I eat or recommend this place is HORRIBLE read more

I feel like the quality of this place has dropped. It used to be my go to place for wings but the food just isn't as good as it used to be. We sat down and told the waitress we would need to put a rush on it because we were short on time. 50 minutes later the food arrived and out of the 8 orders not a single one was correct. When we said something about it she said, "That's what happens when you put in a rush order." One of our group got less than half of what he ordered (he got the burger but not his fries or appetizer) and we were all still charged the full amount. When I called after leaving (because we were about 15 minutes late by that point) the store manager said he would leave gift cards for us. When I went back by they weren't there and I had to return a second time and wait over an hour so they could find him. When he didn't show up, I left a message. Pretty good song spot came out here with my coworkers a lot of them did the buffet which is unlimited wings for $12 can't beat that, I order 12 wings with China syndrome it's the perfect sauce it was spicy but not so spicy. The three star average this place has earned seems well deserved. My party came here off a friends recommendation. The wings were about average. On par with Buffalo Wild Wings. If you find those wings amazing, you'll probably think these are pretty outstanding as well. But they are really nothing special. The service was very poor. Our waitress, while very pleasant, was incredibly slow with every request. Water refills, beers, dips, everything was painfully slow in arriving. It took forever to place our order and even longer for the food to arrive. The worst part of my meal were the tots. They had zero flavor (not even salt, which is typically a tot staple), and they arrived soggy and stuck to the paper. Each one I tried to eat (which was only a couple) pulled apart due to the amount of grease they were saturated with. The tots were horrible and the rest of the meal/experience was only slightly better. I hate recommending Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop, but they are both on par with this place. read more

First, the parking lot is not big enough for the amount of customers it holds, so I had to park about a half mile away. Second, we ordered the house chips as an appetizer. What came out was about a hand full (not being exaggerative). I asked our server if she had put in a side order instead of the appetizer (appetizer costs 3.79). She said no, that we got the appetizer. Third, we ordered the 25 piece boneless sampler. Half of them were overcooked and out of the 5 sauces, only one was worth mentioning, Honey Lime Sriracha. The service was good, and per my husband, they offer a nice beer selection , that's why I gave them 3 stars. I'll give this place 4 stars because I love their food! Everything I've gotten has been amazing. The thing that kept me from giving 5 though is the noise level. I'm not that old yet, I love live music. I really do. That's why me and my husband go. But goodness we are in a fairly small restaurant. Not an arena.... The music is absolutely way too loud. Friday night we went and me and my friend had to just look at each other or text each other if we wanted to talk. I love the fun atmosphere but maybe just tone the sound system down a little.
