This is a late review. While in Columbus I found out they opened this chain. I ordered my usual wings (cajun) and steel studs. Customer service was good and when I got there my food was ready for pickup. (It would be helpful to have a sign at the entrance stating where to pickup carry-outs)After getting home I discovered that my wings barely had any sauce/seasoning on them, the steel stuns were fine. Next time, I will be sure to check all carryout orders, not just for here, to ensure my order. Visiting from CA, went in with family tonight. Great environment, they had a guy in stage who was surprisingly good, very clean. Waitress was incredibly nice, her name was Danielle. Food was great also, we across the table share the onion ring appetizer which was delicious. One of us had the bacon and egg burger which was amazing, one had a veggie burger which she was very happy with, another a grilled chicken sandwich which was huge and fresh and very tasty, my son had the kids pizza and fries which was just like other kids pizzas lol and I had the chicken feathers with tots, I really enjoyed them! We split the cheesecake chimichanga and the chocolate lava cake for dessert and they were both fantastic also! I would definitely recommend and go again! read more

I'm kinda like a sport bar junkie! So when I say this this place ranks amongst the bet, I know what I'm talking about! Yes it has what many sports bars has, but it goes a step above. 1) the huge bar separates / shares thier spacious outdoor deck from the inside. 2) live entertainment with an actual stage. 3) Cool, helpful and attentive bartenders ( shout out to marriah! Very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely nice)! 4 ) Mature atmosphere. 5) you will get very happy with their happy hour selection! 6 )very clean and well maintained establishment. 7) PLENTY of TVs....and perfectly postitioned! 8) good people 9 family oriented 10) fun and enjoyable times! I've been to the ones in Bluffton SC and Hilton Head SC...... this one is absolutely outstanding! Given that it just opened 2 days ago, we had no issues with service (Mandy is an excellent waitress!) and the place itself is designed very well, blending the history of Columbus with the traditions of Wild Wing Cafe! First time.at this place as I am from out of town. Very friendly.atmosphere. The bartender took her time.to explain what local beers were on tap when I asked which was appreciated. The fact that she could actually have a beer discussion with me about styles was a huge bonus. She did a great job. The food looked great and tasted good as well. Wild Wing Cafe is amazing and very family friendly. Sometimes there is live music playing which is very enjoyable. When there are sports games are on they play the game on their many TVs. The food is pretty good not amazing but it's somewhere up on that list if you know what I mean. The service is great. It is definitely worth giving a try. read more

It was just...okay. We went in at peak time, right around 7:00 pm on a Friday night. The music was so loud we could barely hear the hostess, but we were seated directly. The wait staff was quick and attentive. We ordered the blue cheese chips appetizer and they were great (though they skimped a bit on the cheese and sauce). Around this time, the live music started. It was...bad. Really bad. She played guitar really well, but couldn't sing. It was bad and it was really loud. The food came and it was cooked but not my favorite I've ever had. The sauce selection was wide and varied. We were interrupted in our dinner by the waitress who asked us to join in in a birthday singing for a seventeen year old seated behind us. I thought this was a little weird, especially as I was mid sentence when interrupted for this directive. It was even weirder that we were expected to compete with the too-loud live music. My husband and I had came here to watch a game Sunday with 4 other friends. Yesterday, we all were sick. We all had thrown up and were in and out of the restroom. Turned out it was food poisoning. At first I was skeptical to say it was but when my husband and his friends all went to go see the doctor they said it was. The hours are inaccurate online and on their door, saying they're open until 12 during the week. Myself along with girlfriend and friends were looking forward to going when we got off work at 10:20 and when we walked in no one greeted us, so after 5 minutes we sat ourselves and for 10 minutes no one came to us to serve us. We then walked outside and waited a few minutes for other friends and at 1045 when we went to walk back in the doors were locked. A worker even looked at us outside and blatantly ignored us. Meh. My husband and I have been here twice and I was thoroughly unhappy both times. The first time, we waited for about 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Once we were seated, the waitress was rude. She literally would not look us in the eyes while talking to us and all but ignored us! The second time, the manager was out and about yelling at the waitresses! The food is just okay. It's definitely overpriced for the amount of food you get (appetizers are so small!) and the quality is just mediocre at best. The music was so loud both times that I started to get a headache. This place is horrible and i don't recommend anyone eating here. My sister and her friends got here at 9:26 and was seated at 9:32. Order and after a whole 2 hours and some change they received their food cold and dry except for 4 people and even then we still had to go and ask for their food. Waiters was rude/disrespectful. White thin B**** was speaking to others waiters about my sister and her friends because they constantly kept going to them asking for their food EVEN MY MOTHER was asking about their food. People coming in after them received their food before the kids did and was out before them. Even after that one child still didn't receive his burger. My sister and I sat at the bar, and Mariah mainly took care of us, but Kat was pretty kickass. We understood that they were busy, but they both did an amazing job at making sure we were taken care of. The dishwasher was also super sweet and funny. Terrible service! We were seated at a dirty table. It took 10 minutes before we were waited upon. We told the waiter we needed to eat quickly, so we ordered our wings on the spot with water. 10 minutes passed before we got water. 30 minutes before we finally got our wings, which were bland. This used to be our favorite place to go. Tonight, which is Friday, we went. Had to wait. No problem. It's a Friday so that is understandable. Got there at 7:00 pm. Was told the wait was 30 minutes. Was seated at 7:50. Our table was soaking wet and there was so much liquid in the floor, someone must've have spilled something as there was liquid splattered all over the chairs. Asked the hostess for a mop, she couldn't speak English. Server came out with a ton of towels, which we helped clean the tables and wiped the chairs down. Sat down. Ordered our food. Finally got it at 8:50. There was 7 of us. One of our dishes was not brought out with everyone else's due to it had been burnt and they had to redo it. When items were brought out, the waitress reached in front of our faces to put things down or pass to someone at our table. The manager was at the hostess stand, would have never known she was a manager due to her outfit. She stood there and bossed the staff around and was rude. We love the music, but it was so loud I couldn't hear the person next to me talking without screaming. In a restaurant the music should not be so loud you can't hear yourself think. We are young and love music but it was way too loud. Couldn't enjoy our dinner or company. Maybe at 10:00 it can be louder but before then maybe not so loud. We won't be back. read more

I ordered a few minutes ago from Waitr and one of the things I ordered was a basket of fries. This is what I received. For $3.79 this is the amount of fries that are given? Overall fun place to go for a meal and a great environment for a family meal. The establishment is casual so no need to dress fancy. This is your typical wing place. The wings were decent but the service was pretty exceptional, especially due to the fact we had a large party of about 30 people with really only 2 or 3 servers. They also have live music which is a nice touch. This would be a much higher rating but everything just seemed a little sticky like the whole restaurant could use a nice deep clean. Went to Wild Wing tonight. Checked in with the hostess, gave name and number in party 2. Shortly after, two other parties came in. A few minutes later one of the ladies in one of the parties went to the hostess stand and spoke with the older lady hosting and then seated herself. I went to the hostess stand and questioned the young lady as to why the party that came in after me was seated before me, she told the older lady and the older hostess went and retrieved the lady and her party then they started pointing at me and the lady sat down in the waiting area. Literally not five minutes and the other couple who had come in after me was seated at the same booth. I again asked why people coming in after me were being seated before me at which time the young hostess looked at me and said I DON'T KNOW. I said what do you me you don't know, you need to figure it out. The older host looked at the seating lists and said you are on the dining room list not the bar side. I said you never asked me where I wanted to sit, you just asked me my name and number in party at which time Tyler (I assume floor manager) seated us. Ordered drinks, asked for a beer list and was told let me see if I can find one. You mean you can't afford beer lists for all the tables. Ordered appetizer, asked for side plates and silverware when app came and was told we have no clean side plates or silverware. I laughed and said so if I ordered a salad would I have to eat it with my fingers...finally got silverware and side plates. Ordered food which came out wrong and had to be sent back. Then I saw a ladyfrom the table behind me get up and get her party of 4 silverware except for one...only had three, I gave them one from my table because one in the party was eating her salad with a knife. I then heard them order a 2nd round and was told they had no clean beer mugs. You would think with the money Wild Wings makes the owner could afford the items needed to run his business. Don't get me wrong with my next statement, I am a firm believer if you can afford it buy it. Clearly if you can afford a Labrageini, you can afford the items to run your business, if not sell the car. read more

We were excited to go to this place when it opened but I'll stick with Buffalo Wild Wings. They forgot we were on the wait list. Once we finally got seated, then we waited forever for food, even when we already knew what we wanted. The wings were absolutely disappointing. The flavor to them just was not there. The theme to the place makes no sense. Jim Bobs is right next store, go pick up food there and bring it in to the restaurant so you can just order a beer. Hopefully the waitress knows what they have but they'll give you a nasty, dirty clipboard with a piece of paper on it. Just trying to save someone time. If I could give less stars I could. Waited for nearly an hour to be seated when I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. When I finally get called and taken to my table I pass by at least four clean and ready tables. On top of my wait, after being seated was not spoken to by anyone for at least 15 minutes. Me and my party got up and left. I understand it was the grand opening but service like this is completely unsatifactory. I've been here a number of times, all good experiences, however, on 24 October 2019, we me and a group of 7 guys stopped by on our way to Atlanta airport and were very displeased with the timing of the service recieved, I'm not sure if it was our waitress or the kitchen, but a couple of the orders came out wrong as well. The food was also sub par in comparison to the other times I've been here. I'm a big fan of WWC in Augusta, GA. However, this one is not in the same league! The parking lot is too small which leaves you to hike from Hobby Lobby. The wings are smaller than the ones at Buffalo Wild Wings. The flavors are good but that can only carry a smaller wing so far. We arrived at 6:45pm and waited for about an hour to be seated. Once seated it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and another ten to get our appetizer (buffalo wraps) which were the best thing of the evening! He beer was served in hot, straight out of the dish washer, mugs. I notified the manager and the owner and was told they were working on it. Our food arrived at 8:25 and we finished eating at 8:45. It is 9:00 and we haven't seen our waitress and haven't gotten the bill. Overall, this performance makes me think that I may only come back once more to allow them an opportunity for redemption. Needless to say, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! Follow up ...got the bill...the nasty, hot beer was on there! read more

A pale comparison to other wing joints. I have been twice and both times have been lackluster. Each time I go I have been moved tables for another party for some reason or another. The food is basic and they have given me the wrong food twice now. The service is often slow and inattentive. I cannot recommend this place. Went here with some coworkers for karaoke night on A Wednesday night and I got boneless wings and macaroni.
