We have tried several items with our favorite being the lo mein. Sesame chicken, general Tsao, egg rolls all do not dissapoint. Waiter was the nicest, he got more than 20% tip from us because of his awesomeness. The food was quick and delicious. We got there on a Friday night and still received our food within 10 minutes. We were very impressed with both the speed and quality of their sushi. We also got a cheesecake. If you're wanting to try Wild Wok but don't want to pay upwards of $10 for your meal, head on over for lunch! They offer a $4.99 lunch special which includes sweet or unsweet tea, and your choice of a spring roll or egg roll. The portion is very generous (they always are at Wild Wok) and you wont leave with an empty stomach. There is always 3 options to choose from as well, and they change each option depending on the day of the week. The food is fantastic, and the restaurant is very clean. The staff seems to change quite frequently, but generally they are friendly and accommodating. One of our last orders was a pickup, and they gave us someone else's order. Not only did they insist we keep the wrong order, they gave us what we did order AND a gift card equivalent of what we had spent on our meal. Great food, great service! This is a go to place for date night, friends night or take out! Me and my husband love it here. The Pacific Fried Roll is a favorite. If sushi isn't for you the honey walnut shrimp is delicious. We have gone there on dates, hanging with friends and I just had them cater our New Years Party. The food here is tasteless and not seasoned for the price you pay for dinner. The sushi bar is clean but the rainbow roll has small pieces of raw sushi and they just stick crabmeat in the middle which is tasteless. I got my order to-go. Order was for the starter of tempura vegetables and main course sushi. Before ordering I asked if they had a deep fried tempura sushi on theie menu. I explained the sushi was left in a roll, dipped in tempura, and deepfried. I was told that was the tempura sushi. When I got home I discovered 6 tiny sushi with a tempura shrimp in the center. The tempura veggies were prepared well. The main couse sushi was advertised as coming with a salad...no salad in my bag. If I go back I will eat in and make sure they understand what I wish to order! Google had over 400 reviews and 4.5 stars. I really should have checked Yelp to see that they only had 3.5. It was a 5-10 minute wait to be seated. Usually a good sign. We were seated in just a few minutes. Immediately my wife noticed that the floor was disgusting. We should have left immediately. Our server greeted us quickly and she was a sweetheart. My tea and my wife's water were great, lol. We ordered bento boxes, they're always fun and a great way to try a few things on the menu. It took them forever to get them out ot us. My wifes meal was a total disaster. There were bits of shell from some sort of shellfish wrapped up in her tuna roll. Her bourbon chicken was overwhelmed with onions and the chicken was old with hard pieces that were unexplainable. She completely lost her appetite after a few bites. Mine was OK, nothing special. We did not pay for my wife's meal. Our server was sweet throughout our visit, even after taking in our complaints. We paid for what was edible and left. On the way out we noticed that their sanitation rating was only 93. That is really bad, really bad! If only we had noticed that on the way in. Don't do it! read more

Love the sushi here! The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff here is friendly and they always make sure I have everything I need. I love it that they have half off sushi everyday from 3-6:30pm. I always order the egg drop soup and is never disappointed. I love their house Lo mein, it's just the perfect portion along with left overs. From their sushi menu I like the basic California roll and also the the winter roll along with some spicy mayo. read more

It was 20 mins before closing so I didn't want to go eat in because I understand that everyone had a long day and is ready to go home. So I decided to order to go instead. I called them and a lady picked up. I told her I wanted to place a pick up order. She proceeds to tell me to hold so I did. After a few minutes a guy come on the phone and tell me, "You can't place a to go order because we just shut down our kitchen." What in the world?! You aren't suppose to shut down until 10 pm. Horrible customer service. Do you guys even care about your customers at all? I guess not! The guy was just rude and very unapologetic. I was in close to the area and looked up this place on yelp and went there for lunch. Their food and service was great! My waitress, Ashley (I think!) was very accomdating and suggested a number of things since i am a vegetarian. I asked for Thai tea with less sugar and they did that really well. Horrible service. Horriable food. Sick as a dog from something. Appetizers were boil out of bag and cold. Hibachi chicken dry no flavour. Lo mein tasted like metal and cold. Server forgot an appetizer, drink refils, extra sauce request...so much more. It was busy but I was a waitress myself once unsure of what the mega hold ups were and she seemed slighty agitated to serve us. Friends food was meh as well. Felt bad we wasted money here. This is kind of my go-to place when I'm home visiting family. The sushi is pretty good (and a GREAT deal if you go at the right time, such as after 8pm on Sunday when it's 50% off!), and there are all kinds of yummy appetizers. I especially like the steamed dumplings! The ambiance is super laid back and the servers are always nice, so it's also fun to hang out and have drinks (also a really good deal if you hit it at the right time). I like to sit in the bar area because it's a bit more open and comfortable than the booths. read more

Okay! Today was my first visit and I'm a fan! First, I was greeted at the door without any hesitation. Escorted to my table by a very friendly hostess. Then as I sat for not very long, two lovely ladies approached my table and were extremely helpful! (one was in training) They were well informed with the menu, and made some great suggestions! I enjoyed my entire meal, everything from the potstickers, to the sushi, and the Mongolian Beef. Will I be back, absolutely! Where do I begin.....I wandered here after trying to find another place that had apparently closed down. This place is ok not the best. It is a moderately borderline fusion asian. It is definitely more of a chinese restaurant that attempted to make other cuisines and sorely lacked in its attempt. The waiter "Joe" seemed decent in the beginning. My order was simple. The kids meal was a nuggets with steamed rice. My other order was hibachi chicken with steamed vegetables and steamed rice. He originally brought my son some old hardened or stale white rice with his meal. When I noticed it I asked for freshly steamed white rice instead. Luckily, the manager was free to do so and obliged with his rice replacement. On another note, I requested thai tea which is a very simple drink to make and is usually pretty standard for most thai restaurants I've been to. Let's just say that the tea was not anywhere near what it usually tastes like in most places. I asked why there was such a great taste fluctuation. Well their management stated they only use one tea bag. The strangest part of this was that I remained calm and waited for a long time to have the waiter either replace the tea or bring me a regular one. That never happened.... In fact he kept waiting on the table beside me hand and foot as if I never existed. This was a unique experience for me which I have never had take place. Initially I was really sketched out by it because it's right next to a mall and looks kind of gimmicky but because it got positive yelp reviews I decided to give it a shot. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. Great service, everyone was very friendly. Pretty decent food, and great deal with the 50% off sushi in the afternoon. I ordered the sushi boat (9 pc. nigiri and a cali roll) and a lobster roll. One star deduction for a few reasons. I'm a huge sushi snob and the quality of the fish won't knock your socks off, but as long as you're not a super snob like me I doubt that you'd be able to tell the difference. One big pet peeve of mine at places that serve sushi is when the menu says that a roll has "crab meat" or "crab" in it but then they give you an imitation crab stick instead of actual crab. This is one of those places. With this I am more bothered with the fact that they don't just say imitation crab. Lots of places do this, I don't understand why, but it's not a huge deal. The last reason is kind of silly, but the pickled ginger that they served with the sushi tasted a little off and wasn't crisp. If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. Called in an order. I live 2 minutes away. Picked it up, got home and the House Lo Mein had some sort of chemical in it. Not MSG... I mean a chemical that I tasted on the first bite, so strong i spit it out immediately. I rinsed my mouth out twice and then I had a metallic taste in my mouth for the next hour. I immediately asked my husband to taste it (in case I was crazy) and he took a bite and instantly ran to the bathroom to spit it out. I packed it up and went across the street to take it back and tell the manager to check the kitchen. My main goal was not even to get a refund, but to warn them that they could really harm someone. He was so nonchalant, he did not take me seriously. Even when I asked "if I get sick later will you take my name and info to note that I came in to warn you?"... HE DID NOT TAKE MY NAME OR NUMBER. HE placed 8 bucks in my hand and walked off. I literally started telling people at the door(there was a 35 minute wait to be seated at 1:20pm) that the lo mein was poison and I don't feel bad at all about it. Piss poor management. Piss poor food. I will NEVER GO BACK! Oh and by the way, I was in such a panic that I left my husband's sweet n sour chicken and he said it was NOT good either, not poison but not good enough to eat it... should have gotten that refunded too read more

We've been happy visitors to this spot for a couple of years now -- lately, though, somewhere they seem to be going off the proverbial rails. The last three times I've ordered, they got my order wrong. Which happens sometimes, of course; however, to get it wrong in exactly the same way three times in a row seems like maybe it's not just a mistake. Also, they have a very tasty teriyaki sauce and I'm not sure exactly where the problem lies, but I order the chicken with teriyaki sauce and it comes dry as a bone. It does have some teriyaki taste like it's been marinated in the good stuff, but there's nothing extra to go with the rest of the rice and veggies -- even when I specifically request extra teriyaki sauce. This is particularly annoying because it wasn't an issue until recently. At any rate, I'll have to downgrade the rating at this point due to the recent decline in both quality and service. Used to love coming here and looked forward to eat on a weekly basis! But lately it has been hit or miss. One day the service is top notch and the sushi is great, then the next week the service is bad and the sushi tastes like it has been left out for days. I moved here recently from Savannah Georgia and I discovered Wild Wok this place is a great place to visit the customer service is outstanding the food is delicious. I eat at least once a week and I always have great service.
