I was notified before the time he was supposed to come and offered a time on that day after the previous job was completed or first thing in the morning the next day. I opted for the next day. He texted before he arrived and started work right away. The job was completed quickly. That was on a Wednesday and I was away from home from Friday to Monday. On Tuesday morning, I noticed that the fixture was not level. The mounting was loose. I called Skipper at 8AM. William returned that morning. It all started with the addition of an in law suite a year ago...and like a good yeast bread grew…read morefrom there. Chris, Nate and Mitterrand, hung in there every step of the way. Chris's advise and skill were invaluable in helping us solidify our ideas and when we got stuck he was always there to offer great suggestions and options. We just finished remodeling our family room and Chris and his team have once again not failed to amaze us. Both the in law suite and the family room were in existing structures from 1979. They were able to bring us into the 21st Century while navigating the wiring of the late 70's. We are now state of the art, USB in most all wall and floor outlets and remote controls for all our lights in the family room/Home theater. All our cabinets and book cases have lights in them or under them. and it feels so good! Joe, the owner, has hung in there with us, working with our crazy schedules. Chris, however put up with our crazy ideas and made them a reality often times he and Nate would say " You might want to consider this" and they were always right.
