Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it! I will be using Dependable Electric again whenever I have electrical issues!

He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The first job required that he move wiring from two existing fixtures (one wall-mount and the other ceiling-mount) to three new ceiling-mount fixtures. He also repaired switches for four different fixtures that had been installed incorrectly by the previous owner of the house. His second visit was far less expensive than what other electricians quoted and he was again on time and quick with the work. When the jobs were done, he even vacuumed in the areas where he worked. It wasn't necessary--but he went above and beyond. If and when I ever need electrical work done again, I will contact Russ first!

Chris's advise and skill were invaluable in helping us solidify our ideas and when we got stuck he was always there to offer great suggestions and options. We just finished remodeling our family room and Chris and his team have once again not failed to amaze us. Both the in law suite and the family room were in existing structures from 1979. They were able to bring us into the 21st Century while navigating the wiring of the late 70's. We are now state of the art, USB in most all wall and floor outlets and remote controls for all our lights in the family room/Home theater. All our cabinets and book cases have lights in them or under them. and it feels so good! Joe, the owner, has hung in there with us, working with our crazy schedules. Chris, however put up with our crazy ideas and made them a reality often times he and Nate would say " You might want to consider this" and they were always right. They worked COVID clean and always with respect for us and the property. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and when you have a house this old the next job is just around the corner.

We were given a detailed estimate with options from which we could select the work to be done . We did hire them to complete the following work : replace and upgrade our 40-year-old electrical panel, add several outlets to the outside of our home, correct the GCFI outlets inside our home. While doing the work in our attic, they found mold high up on our roofline and snapped a photo for us-saving us from that mess on many levels. A crew of four qualified hard-working electricians were at our home for two full days. Following the work, the cleanup was impeccable. They left it better than they found it.. A bonus was that they made all the arrangements with Puget power, including a follow up inspection. We are CONFIDENT our home is electrically safe and sound. I asked "well then what am I paying for monthly who comes out for the free maintenance appointment?!? and she said something like well that's the "maintenance and safety technician". The "free" appointment that I pay for every month is only for the once a year visit by the "maintenance and safety technician" and because I simply said I don't think t's working quite like it should" now I have to pay $100+ for this visit. What?!? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Bait & SWITCH! I told her on the phone "OK, I take it back. Suddenly my heater is working beautifully. I need the free maintenance visit," she replied "well now that I've already said it wasn't working properly and it's been recorded, I have to pay the $100+ for the appointment. I became a total 'Karen' and asked to speak to someone on a higher level. I was furious!! She couldn't transfer me because it's a Saturday.
