Jessie almost dropped everything and rushed over, and even in the rain repaired the ground wire to my house. Chris's advise and skill were invaluable in helping us solidify our ideas and when we got stuck he was always there to offer great suggestions and options. We just finished remodeling our family room and Chris and his team have once again not failed to amaze us. Both the in law suite and the family room were in existing structures from 1979. They were able to bring us into the 21st Century while navigating the wiring of the late 70's. We are now state of the art, USB in most all wall and floor outlets and remote controls for all our lights in the family room/Home theater. All our cabinets and book cases have lights in them or under them. and it feels so good! Joe, the owner, has hung in there with us, working with our crazy schedules. Chris, however put up with our crazy ideas and made them a reality often times he and Nate would say " You might want to consider this" and they were always right. They worked COVID clean and always with respect for us and the property. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and when you have a house this old the next job is just around the corner.

I read the reviews on Yelp and I thought it was a safe bet. Reading Tim D's review now from…read more3/11/24, it sounds the same. I arranged for them to diagnose a possible broken connection. The tech they sent spent an hour looking around, trying to find the problem. He said he couldn't solve it but we still got charged $411. He said he would have to send someone else. Any estimate for the job? No - he couldn't even make an estimate. When I called Adam, he said they would send a more experienced tech. Why not send someone qualified the first time? What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication. Now it would be sent. Still no refund ... We found a new person, a handyman - he said it was challenging, but he found the broken connection and he only charged us $250. Mirsky? Never again ...

Also had an additional outlet added in closet for the cordless vacuum and an additional outlet box on the exterior for the irrigation system. Very professional and did everything up to Code. Added the latter 2 jobs above by accessing thru crawl space using a general circuit instead of a dedicated Kitchen circuit that would have been easier and less work. We also appreciated the care with using "booties" that came on and off every single time they had to step in and out of our home. I would very highly recommend them and will definitely use them for the future!!!!

Shocking Difference from a professional standpoint is wonderful. I had them come do some minor…read morework at my home a couple of years ago and the team was awesome! Fast forward to yesterday and the team is still great, but the quote I received for a 240v outlet in my garage beside the breaker box didn't align anywhere near the other quotes in the area. $1800? For an outlet? I've owned multiple homes and I never paid that much for a 240. Even Hunts didn't quote anywhere near that. Anyway, I'm a little bummed about it. Y'all do great work but I can't pay near double what others are charging for the same service.

Shocking Difference spent an initial visit with us for three hours... which alone was impressive in…read moreits scope and detail. We were given a detailed estimate with options from which we could select the work to be done . We did hire them to complete the following work : replace and upgrade our 40-year-old electrical panel, add several outlets to the outside of our home, correct the GCFI outlets inside our home. While doing the work in our attic, they found mold high up on our roofline and snapped a photo for us-saving us from that mess on many levels. A crew of four qualified hard-working electricians were at our home for two full days. Following the work, the cleanup was impeccable. They left it better than they found it.. A bonus was that they made all the arrangements with Puget power, including a follow up inspection. We are CONFIDENT our home is electrically safe and sound. They were very detailed in their estimate, which was fairly priced. Did I mention how polite and patient they were with our many questions? We would hire them 100 times over for any future electrical work, but I think we're good now! The owners have high expectations of their employees and the work they do, and their work is guaranteed.
