    These guys just did not give a....  I had packing supplies available they did not use.

    These guys just did not give a.... I get that some people don't understand the sentimental (and actual) value of antiques but this is how they packed a trailer (were hired to move furniture from our Wildcat storage facility to a Uhaul at our house for transport) for a 900 mile trip. Metal casters up against my grandparents 100 year old eastlake headboard. A cane chair sitting on top of a piece of metal. I had packing supplies available they did not use. Told them to stop halfway through as I was going to have to redo it all and they shrugged. Was my third time using them, never again.

    How my lumber was stacked at my moms.

    I would give them negative stars if I could. Two day move of my wood shop. Day one crew was awesome. Day two crew was horrible.spent over 4500.00 for two days. Moving and stacking my lumber didn't happen as requested. They actually just piled up the lumber in my garage and didn't stack it, more like a bonfire pile. Drew McGee (director of customer relations) only offered my 82.50 as a "courtesy refund" (his words) and basically blamed me for this. You are gambling using this company, you might get a crew that is great and you might not. If you don't then their customer service will not take any level of responsibility for their employees actions or incompetence.

    Packed by Wildcat Packers, moved the same day by Wildcat Movers.

    I was very disappointed in the move and would not recommend Wildcat Moving. They told me that they would send extra dollies, but didn't. I called the office and asked that they send a supervisor, but they didn't. They were marginally better than hiring someone off the street, but not much. The Wildcat Packers, on the other hand were very professional and hard working. I would recommend them.

    A damaged television that was brand new

    If I could write them -5 stars I would. I had just purchased a brand new 75 inch 4K television that I had saved and saved for months. Wildcat Mover's literally miss handled my television the internal is completely damage is the only TV I own I've been sitting in my brand new apartment with no TV. We emailed back-and-forth with customer service and they insured full satisfaction and that they would take care of me. Fast forward to four weeks later I get a check for $60. The TV itself was over $500 and brand new. I had just purchased it I was also watching the TV while the movers were moving. I witnessed the movers take a speed bump at 40 miles an hour which I no damage to the TV come to find out, The television wasn't even wrapped correctly. They do not care about their customers do not and I repeat do not use them.

    DO NOT TRUST YOUR FURNITURE WITH "My 3 Sons Moving" Not only might it be damaged from mishandling,…read morebut they will NOT make it right. I will have to say that was one of the roughest moves ever. Wildcat did our last move, brought two trucks and not one item was broken or scuffed. They wrapped everything in blankets before even moving it through the house. My 3 Sons guys were speedy but did not take any care to any of our furniture. The lift gate on their trucks is very very ribbed and rough (as it should be anti-skid), yet instead of using dollies they would push everything out to and across it, grinding and ripping away at anything going across it. The bottom left rear leg, and corresponding molding was ripped from our wardrobe, the legs of my cabinet were bent and one ripped off. It was a heavy-duty reinforced steel cabinet. Our 3-month-old couch was man handled vs using team work then slammed down on the power adapters and pushed across the floor of the truck with no blankets. (have video) My cherry TV tray tables were set precariously on the lift and then knocked off to slam into a toy cabinet of my daughters. I am extremely unhappy And the company's contact Mitch Boggs is blowing me off and offering $60 per a damages policy that was never sent to me for review, and I certainly didn't sign. The policy to me would be void anyway as this is not just normal moving damages but GROSS NEGLIGENCE and mishandling. When bottoms start ripping off multiple things you'd think they'd stop and think. I pressed them to use their dollies. I didn't find till later a lamp had Its bottom popped off too. We don't buy the finest of furniture but apples to apples I'd say we are out over $300 to replace the wardrobe, $50-100 for the lamp, the TV trays that were knocked off the truck are scarred and they no long snap into place. One lateral filing cabinet they refused to use a dolly and kept dropping it down onto the concrete. I now have lots of legs of most of the furniture to sand and hopefully match the stain. Power cables to find as items I didn't plan to go were unplugged without me present in the room and some I still haven't matched up yet. And we just got the sectional, and it is scarred and has picks and stitching ripped on it to replace back as it was would be several thousand, as instead of team carrying much of it was man handled in a ripping and dropping fashion. I am currently seeking an attorney that will take this issue forward as it appears they are known for this. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews first.

    I was hesitant to write this review because I realize everyone has a bad day. The movers were 2…read morehours late because they had been scheduled another move the same day- which took them 5 hours. They worked hard but were tired and careless- damaging 5 pieces of furniture (1of which was not repairable and will cost me as much money to replace because it was part of a set). As a result of being late, I did not get moved out of my house by the deadline. I should have known items would be damaged as the truck looked like the Clampetts truck from the Beverly Hillbillies. This was frustrating because I had spent hours prepping the boxes for this move and had moved most items to a central location for them to load from. Upon arrival to our new home, the items were just thrown randomly into the garage- found several boxes I had marked fragile turned upside down. The most disappointing part of this experience is that I was charged the quoted full price for the move and only offered a small reimbursement for the chair that was broken. I was told multiple times "what can we do to make this right"; however, these were just hollow words. My request was just refund me the move. I was told they were unable to do this, but offered me a credit for a future move up to the price of this move. So you can't refund me this move, but can offer credit- puzzling. Like I said, everyone has a off day. When that happens, the key is how does the company rectify the issue. This company spoke a good game but failed to deliver.
