We purchased an RV from them on Ebay. We are not first time RV owners. Had 4 before purchasing one…read morefrom them. We flew out to pick up the RV with our 2 kids. We had made arrangements that they would pick us up at the airport for the hour drive to Corbin. We landed and phoned their office to find out where they were. We were told to pick up a rental car and they would reimburse us. We didn't have a major credit card on us!! So we were stranded at the airport for a couple of hours until they finally got there! I was not a happy camper, but kept my mouth shut! I was so upset having my family stranded and waiting at an airport! When we got to he RV at a local KOA campground around 9:30pm, it would not power up fully. Keep in mind we had been flying all day 6am & with a layover. We are dead tired and expecting to relax in our nice RV. Anyways, They had to run to their shop and grab a new inverter. Next day the slides did not work properly. Wrong slides were moving and one was stuck. So this coach was a no go! So we ended having to buy a more expensive coach on their lot, which we ended up putting up for sale when we arrived home. Couldn't deal with the bad taste in our mouths after dealing with them. Couldn't completely put our trust in the RV for our family for long term. Make sure you go over these coaches with a fine tooth comb. They say they do a complete roof seal, oil engine and generator change. Both of the RVs needed those things. Plus the 2nd coach needed a lot of misc items repaired or ordered. They took this one on a few weeks trip before putting it up for sale and the entertainment wires were all screwed up! Had to have Camping World straighten out the mess. If you are first timer, fly to Florida and pick up and RV from Lazy Days where they will treat you right! Plus they have been dealing with RVs way longer then these folks and know them inside and out. We stayed at their huge property in Tampa to have work done to the RV. Wish we had bought one from them! These people do try to be friendly and helpful, but they don't have enough knowledge or experience. You may get a good deal here, but you better know your RVs!! Just my humble opinion and experience! :)

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. THE OWNER IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD…read more I bid on a 2004 Monaco Knight 36PST motor home(buy it now $51,500 and auction) listed on eBay by Johnny's RV Sales, Corbin. KY. I was the highest bidder but the bid did not reach the reserve price. I contacted Johnny's RV by telephone and offered $46,000(cash purchase) for the motor home. The sales person Charles discussed the offer with the owner. The owner accepted the offer. I was preparing to travel to Corbin, KY from South Carolina to pay for and pick up the motor home the next day. I transferred funds in preparation to pay for the motor home. Charles called at 5:00 pm that evening to say the owner was selling the motor home to a dealer down the street that offered $1500.00 more for the motor home. Once again, the London, KY Camping World exceeded my expectations!…read more Took my camper van into CW-London for some minor propane warranty related repairs and both Camping World and Thor Industries not only completed the work in a timely manner, they also communicated every step and aspect of the project flawlessly. I've been impressed with the service department staff, the technicians and general management at this store. Regardless of all the, pardon the pun, Unhappy Campers out there, I can assure you that this particular CW and Thor warranty division will not only complete your business in a professional and responsible manner but will go to great lengths to ensure you are satisfied. I highly recommend and encourage you to seek out this store and Thor RV's if you're in the market. A special thanks to Daniela and the service techs who continue to provide superlative service to its customers. Not taking my business anywhere else. Period! Well Done!

Parts department completely incompetent. I needed a power converter for my furrion backup camera…read morebecause apparently newer trucks oncoming funky with the power. I called two days ago and they told me they have it in stock and knew exactly what I needed. I called again today to head over from my campsite on the way home just to double check. The woman that answered told me she needed the exact part number and could not look it up any other way. I told her I was driving and couldn't do a google search and asked her if she could check the furrion website or Amazon because I saw it there. She said no, she couldn't do that. I told it would be extremely unsafe for me to do it and that the other person located it with no problem. She said sorry she couldn't do that and if I didn't know the part number she couldn't help me. I told her that didn't make any sense. She just repeated herself. I asked her if she thought this level of service something this basic might be why this camping world has a 1 star average. She said she didn't know anything about that and I hung up. When I stopped for gas I called a different camping world nearby and called them. They literally found it in two seconds with. I part number or headache. This place is trash. Don't waste your time.

I purchased an rv air conditioner at a good price. I immediately called the number and sent several…read moreemails to find out why I needed to pay for insurance. Aren't the items insured and/or guaranteed to work? Not only did the phone recording hang up after the call each time, I did not get a response from any of my four messages I sent on their website through the week. There customer service sucks! I will pay more in the future rather than dealing with a company with customer service like this. The air conditioner did come in a "ratty" box with holes on each side of the box. The air conditioner seems to be in good shape. I won't know unit I start it up before putting it on my RV roof. DO NOT BUY from this company. Contrary to saying they responded, I just received three responses today, 8/3/26. I don't know how they were left out in space.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! I ordered something…read moreand and I did admit that could have been my error. It came to me in a plane box nothing but the shipping label. I reached out to them which is almost impossible. They refuse to take phone calls and refer you to their form on their website. The first thing they do is tell you how they can't find your order. And that takes a week. Then, they run you back and forth for another week or two telling you to provide them with proof of your order. I sent them the order that they sent me. And the screenshot of the confirmation from their company having their company logo on it. And they asked me four more times for the receipt that I purchased it. The receipt I sent them showed the day it was purchased with their logo on the paper. How much was paid for it, and how it was paid for ,the order date etc. They finally sent me instructions after a couple weeks on how to return it. That took a few weeks of emails back and forth. It was shipped back to them with tracking and a screenshot of the tracking label. The tracking number with the RMA on it. The RMA was on the box, the RMA was inside yet. I have still not received a refund. I highly recommend you think twice before reaching out and purchasing anything from this company. They are experts of giving you the run around
