I needed all the seals in my older Class C windows replaced. Cliff and his wife drove 60 miles to my home and did an excellent job! He also caulked some other areas of the exterior and checked my roof. He was easy to work with and responded to texts/questions quickly. What he charged was very reasonable. My RV stairs broke, and Clifford came to fix it. In addition to that, he fixed a bathroom fan and repaired some cracking in the ceiling to prevent water damage. I couldn't recommend any more! He's fair and honest, and doesn't mind you asking questions along the way. read more

Five stars. Super convenient. Cliff helped us out with our rv AC when we were traveling through. He even walked us through some troubleshooting over the phone to try and save us some money, which we really appreciated! He's a standup guy and solved our issue quickly. I wouldn't heaitate to contact him again. read more

I began my business as a mobile RV service. I come to the customer in real time. That is still my business plan.

While we appreciate the technicians attempting to check our air leak, the inspection did not feel…read morevery thorough. The shop quickly concluded they could not find the leak, even though there was clearly a significant air leak still present. The receptionist who answers the phone was excellent and very professional, and we want to acknowledge that. However, we were intitially overcharged and had to ask for the corrections to the bill. A road call fee was added even though we brought the truck directly to their shop. When we questioned the charges for what ended up being no actual repair, the main concern seemed to be getting the bill paid rather than addressing the issue with the diagnosis. We understand that diagnosing truck problems takes time and we are always willing to pay for legitimate service. Unfortunately, in this case the inspection felt rushed and the problem was not resolved. We are not leaving this review to unfairly criticize the business, but simply to share our experience so other drivers know what to expect if they need repairs in the Somerset, KY area. Hopefully the shop can improve their diagnostic process and customer communication going forward.

They were upfront in letting me know that they were short staffed and probably wouldn't be able to get to it that day and that they were closed on Saturday. The guy on the phone found a shop that was open on Saturday's without me asking for his help with that. 5 stars for being friendly and going beyond his duty to recommend a competitor that worked with my schedule.
