I called two days ago and they told me they have it in stock and knew exactly what I needed. I called again today to head over from my campsite on the way home just to double check it was still in stock. The woman that answered told me she needed the exact part number and could not look it up any other way. I told her I was driving and couldn't do a google search and asked her if she could check the furrion website or Amazon because I saw it there. She said no, she couldn't do that. I told it would be extremely unsafe for me to do it and that the other person located it with no problem. She said sorry she couldn't do that and if I didn't know the part number she couldn't help me. I told her that didn't make any sense. She just repeated herself. I asked her if she thought this level of service for something this basic might be why this camping world has a 1 star average. She said she didn't know anything about that and I hung up. When I stopped for gas I called a different camping world on my route home. They literally found it in two seconds without part number or headache. This place is trash. Don't waste your time.

With that said, once we were on the same page, they did follow through with resolving the original issue, and they did remove my personal information from their response. Everything that you need to resolve post-purchase issues is on their site, but you may find it less than intuitive. I am upping my rating from 1 to three stars, because in the end, they did try to make things right. --------------------------------------------- 1 star, because they don't allow -5 $220.00 order was received with several parts missing, and could not be used when needed. I followed the "Contact Us" link, only to find the following: There was no way to speak to a human being about the problem. When I called the number, it refers me back to the website, and hung up. All other instructions inevitably lead to a contact form to leave a message. Upon completing the form, I received no acknowledgement that the automated form was received. I never received a response, which led me to leave a negative review on Google. Unlike my request for help, the negative review received an almost immediate response. The response was condescending, but more importantly, unprofessionally posted my personal information in retaliation for the bad review. This must be a ploy to get people to delete their negative reviews. If so, it's effective because they have a 4 star rating on Google, but a 1 star rating here, and a C rating at the Better Business Bureau (https://www.bbb.org/us/ky/london/profile/trailer-parts/rv-parts-country-0392-9113563). I am in the process of giving them a second chance, and will modify this review accordingly if they make things right.

Going cross country and in Nashville area one of your drivers almost caused us to have an accident…read more The driver forced his way in front of us at an exit. We were pulling a trailer with a Ford 150 and were forced to almost collide with the car on the right of us to get our of his way. Our only thought was that he had missed his exit realized it and jumped in front of us causing us to slam on our brakes and try to stay away from him. The tag was 886040 Kentucky. We continued following behind him as he continued to take over lanes ahead of us. This driver is a danger to anyone who wont get out of his way. If he was on a call there were no lights flashing. ​
