2nd review: NO RESPONSE FROM OWNER Kevin Fiscor!! this nightmare is still going on today. How would you like to be ignored by Fiscor plumbing after you paid them $7,000 for a water system that has never worked properly since Day One? FISCOR offered a Full Refund. Fiscor seems to say one thing and do another. We said let's correspond via email and now he has not replied to resolve this issue Fiscor created! Poor Workmanship again! A continuation of Poor management. Bad reviews get pushed away so I want to make sure this is fresh in the public's eye. No one in Prescott, PV, Sedona and surrounds should have to go through what I have been going through with Fiscor for almost 14 months. Everyone of their plumbing techs did something different and still the tankless system is NOT working properly. Bought this new $7,000 Tankless On-Demand Water System from Fiscor over 13 months ago per their plumbing tech's advice. 4 plumber techs later and constant turnover in the office. I reported them to the AZ ROC (Registrar of Contractors) and on numerous review sites. You decide if this is how you want to be treated as a customer. (Scroll down and read my first review.) Their last tech said, "the ROC won't help you." How professional was that? The ROC inspector and Fiscor will come out to our house on Dec 16 unless Fiscor corrects the mistake they made. Fiscor made only one attempt (per the inspector's letter within 15 days of notice) to remedy their bad work and now it's worse. I feel as a customer to Fiscor I've been lied to and given bad service. There is less hot water pressure, hot water takes over 30- 76 seconds (I gave up) to heat up and a huge leak on top of the tank. That's what I can recall right now. So much for the Fiscor guarantee! They don't stand behind their work because they have to keep coming back to fix it. The Inspector asked for Fiscor to make "good faith" resolution to fix their mess prior to Dec 16th but Fiscor has given up leaving this customer high and dry. I've sent out numerous emails with no replies from Fiscor. Kevin Fiscor called (after I submitted a Yelp Review) and left a voicemail saying he'd like to offer us a Full Refund and talk about it. I emailed him, let's converse in email (because Fiscor says one thing in person but when I ask for a detailed invoice; they wouldn't provide that. Fiscor does not want to provide you a paper trail for your records). No answer in ONE WEEK! Still waiting. I'll keep the public posted. Our friends keep saying we should report them to a local news channel or contact a lawyer but we are trying to work with Fiscor. They just can't get their act together. Kevin Fiscor, the owner, can end this now if he would stand by his words of a Full Refund. I've used Fiscor about 4 times in the past year for AC, furnace, hot water heater. Overall they seem to know their business very well. They are not the cheapest service out there but so far they've done the right thing for my repairs and maintenance issues. Had a tech from Fiscor come by and estimate replacing my 50 gal gas hot water heater or flushing it. he claimed that because the unit was 8 years old flushing had too much risk and that it should be replaced. His bid was $3,600. he said the heater itself would cost $1700and that he could have it installed sometime after noon and completed by late afternoon. I checked prices of 50 gal units and none were higher than $850. I feel like he was trained to take advantage of a senior citizen because I got estimates from another contractor I knew who said the complete job should have been no more than half of the price at the most. Total scam. Told us we had a carbon monoxide leak and actually pulled the "heating box" out of our finance to "show us". Then tried to convince yd we needed to buy a furnace that ran between $11,000-18,000! That did not include AC.the gas company had to come since he took the furnace apart. Fiscor cuts corners and provides terrible customer service. These guys made a mess of my home, they're full of excuses and terrible follow through. The owner is not responsive and will not get involved to rectify issues even after being asked multiple times. Avoid a headache and go with a more reliable company with more experience and integrity. I'd give them zero stars if I could. There are much better options in Sedona and the verde valley. Edit: I'm glad to see that Kevin (the owner of Fiscor) decided that it was a better idea to respond to my review on this "anonymous" platform instead of returning a concerned and upset customers multiple attempts at reaching him. This is Fiscor in a nutshell and I'm glad that everyone can see his response that outlines how these people do business. The technician was polite but unable to light a gas furnace. First he did not have a lighter on hand and second, he was not holding the gas set knob per instructions. He left telling me I need a new thermocouple. The next day I lite the furnace myself with extended lighter and following instructions. In addition, office help had no clue and promised to call me back but still 2 days later I have not recieved price for part I do not need or response from office manager.
