I own a 2019 Subaru Ascent which I purchased CPO from Wilde. It now has 95,000 miles and all service work has been done at Wilde. Every service appointment has been excellent. The work has always been done correctly and at the price promised. I'm usually a "by the book" purchaser of services and avoid the extras a dealer wants to add on. In Wilde's case they gave me a printed list of recommended additional services and prices. Everything is optional, no hard sell. The service writer explained why the additional services are recommended and at how many miles. None of them were ridiculous; all were intended to increase the life of the car. The list also states their hourly rate for any other work I want. The Wilde family sold this dealership to a larger multi-state company a couple of years ago. I expected service quality do decline. In fact, it has become even better. The new service and showroom building is beautiful. Highly recommended. read more

I purchased a new Subaru in January for sever thousand less than what I could get in the Fox Valley. Plus better selection, no haggle Service is great. Accommodating. Lots of appointment times available on 2 day notice, in contrast to dealerships in Fox Valley where nothing available for several days and even then, very limited time slots. Immediately greeted in service area, treated very respectfully, like a valued customer. Service was quick, professional. Time from drop off until drive off 54 minutes, 10 seconds. And they cleaned off the headlights before they would let me leave! Highly recommend. read more

They left the oil cap off and *potentially ruined my engine. I'm stuck on the side of the road. NEVER USE THEM!! Update: They tried to lie and say they never preformed the service that caused this. They did a very poor job of cleaning up their mess. They are now saying entirely different things from last time. I had to resort to finding a copy of a paper receipt from the service to prove it. They also tried to deny they had charged me for the service so they didn't have to refund me. Just horrible. Update2: They finally cleaned up most of the oil, after they tried to rush me out the door and I had to ask them again to do what they'd initially promised. The cabin still smells like oil. I overheard some of the mechanics laughing about what a mess the oil made. As for the condition of the engine, I was still told different conflicting things by the techs so I have no clue what actual state my vehicle is in currently and that is terrifying. I'm hearing a high pitched repeating sound as I drive. But the tech made it pretty clear that they wanted me to go elsewhere for service from now on. They first denied they did any service with the oil, but the receipt showed that they had, and they said they would maybe consider refunding me for the $170 service that potentially destroyed my vehicle so no idea if that will materialize. I literally left the place in tears. Update3: Due to the oil all over the engine, the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. And because they did such a poor job cleaning up the oil the other mechanic shop I brought the vehicle to had a difficult time finding where the leaks were. And needed to do another round of cleaning up Wilde Subaru's mess that they didn't properly clean up. So far it has cost me $400 to repair the damage that Wilde Subaru did to my vehicle. The owner told me he would refund me the $170 that I paid for them to damage my engine. It has been nearly a week and it is still not happened. read more

Professional and excellent customer service! The staff here greeted us individually multiple times and checked to see what we needed that day. We had a poor experience at another Subaru dealership earlier that day trying to get my vehicle serviced. Wilde Subaru was able to get us in quickly. Alex assisted us through the service process and Dillon spoke to us inside about new changes and updates coming to the Subaru lineup. After everything I said about Wilde, I feel an update is necessary. I still do not recommend going to them for anything other than a brand-new vehicle, but do not return for the service. They had me bring in the "Subaru Certified" 2021 Forester that I had purchased to look into why the brakes sound terrible and to fix the windshield. They gave me a loaner which I was grateful for and had the Forester for a week! I'll start with the positive (yes only one) they replaced my wind shield, and I can now actually see even when it's sunny!! However, I do not think they ever drove my car, at least in reverse, because the brakes actually sound WORSE than when I bought it. They told me they "cleaned and adjusted" my disc brakes.... but not a fucking thing is better. Lucky for them, it is a constant advertisement of the shit job they did, and I am so happy to tell everyone where I got my "new" car! And now that I've turned the heat on, we have a nice rattle coming from my dash. I tried to respond to the post service email, but, surprise surprise, no reply was sent my way. I'm sad, disgusted, and disappointed. Car buyer takeaways- NEVER drive a car off the lot until EVERYTHING that needs to be corrected is done so. Test EVERYTHING!! The heat, AC, check all the tires, brakes, under the hood, over the hood, drive it in the sun. Whatever you do, do NOT take them at their word. They will NOT make it better. I learned a lot from this experience, and I cannot believe that Wilde Subaru is still able to sell whatever it is they sold me, because it is not what I paid for. read more

Staff was very friendly and all was good until I found out they were intentionally trying to rake me over the coals. I thankfully reached out for 5 other quotes and opinions on what the service department was trying to do for my car and found that they were on average 4 times less than the dealership. I was given 3 different reasons why it could have happened but my bank doesn't show the check ever being run through. Yesterday was the last time I will ever go to Wilde Subaru for any service. I used to think they were the best...until I had my last encounter that took several calls, several emails (which mainly went unanswered), 4-5 fixes over the span of 10 months before it was considered good enough; however to me, it's still mediocre work at best. After having to deal with this issue, I went back and thought about all the other times I went for simple oil change and rotation and it made me wonder how good they actually were. Why was my service always a different cost every time? And why did my husband get the same service on his car and his cost was considerable less? He also went to get a tire patched once and the tech put over 60psi into the tire which caused it to get a flat on the freeway the next day! Then he had to buy a new tire but the service advisor said "don't worry I will refund you the cost for the patch." Hello! The tire would've been fine for a patch, now I have to pay $300+ for a new tire because your guy overfilled the tire considerably. BTW, having the manager (Mike) involved makes no difference. He also doesn't answer emails or voicemail, or leaving a message with receptionist for a callback. He says he'll "see it out" until it's corrected, but he barely spoke to me but the one time in person for my initial complaint and one phone call, then he passed me onto someone else. If they claim they can do warranty work, don't count on it being right. I would use them again if they would've communicated better but instead they brushed me off in what feels like an attempt for me to give up and accept the crap work they did, being that my car was no longer under bumper to bumper and they would eat the cost of correcting their mistake. Oh yes, my part was on back order since August, now it's February...yet I get a message from the advisor "can you confirm the part?" Ummm, if it's on back order and I've gone 3-4x already then you would know because it's noted in my acct as well as there will be an order for it! Also, only got a message because I'd emailed them follow ups every month to ask what's going on with the repair/ back order. Their slogan says something about 10 out 10 stars and anything less is unacceptable. If there was an option for it, I would give them negative stars just from the lack of communication itself. I went to drop off my car and 2 people in front of me waiting to be seen; fine since it's late and after 5pm I don't mind waiting. Ohhh they had something to complain about, also not good praises on their service. One guy said never again. The other woman said she didn't want to drive to other side of town otherwise she wouldn't use them at all. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! We have 3 Subaru cars in our house. Never again. I told my husband and daughter to use a different dealer. We have been going somewhere else for our last services and the service has been great, costs are clear cut and they don't lie to us on what needs to be fixed. I don't care how far the other dealer is to my house. Adding to my frustration, they damaged several areas in my car. I brought this to their attention and they did nothing about it. The gasket on my door has a cut, they scratched my speaker on my door, they put scratches on the interior hard part of the seats on driver and 2nd row. My car was pristine and I take care of it. I bought it brand new and top model. To have so little care for someone else's property is disturbing. read more

I purchased a Nissan rogue 2018 on December 23, 2024 a week later I reached out to the dealership because I was hearing noise in the steering wheel and also the tire. They fix the noise in the steering wheel but did not fix the noise in the tire they kept saying they didn't hear anything in the tire., we test drove eventually they heard it. I took the car back to the shop five times within a month for the same problem. They are guessing what the noise might be. They can't figure it out. They sent the car over to another dealership to have them look at it. I am so frustrated and so annoyed about this situation because I'm paying for a car note and I don't feel safe driving it because they don't know what the issue is. read more

I have taken my Subaru Legacy 2017 on 6/23/23 for 120K miles maintenance to Wilde Subaru at Waukesha. When I made an appointment, she told me it would take 6 to 8 hours to complete the job. When I got there, the technician told me it would be by 1 pm. on the 24th. On the 24th, someone called that It won't be ready by the 24th. I have complained about it and she told me again it will be ready by 4 pm on the 24th. The changing time is very unprofessional and wasted my whole day. It looked as if you had jacked up the labor by prolonging time. The estimate was $570, and the actual bill was $2637. There is no explanation of this difference. Their job was very unprofessional, and I felt I was scammed. My advice is that do not do any service work there. read more

Service department is good at getting warranty repairs done quickly and they offer loaners. I had a battery and glass replacement done and they were able to resolve it the same or next day. The oil change was also nice because there was no wait when I randomly came in. Overall Subaru of America stands behind their products better than any car company I've had. read more

I've generally had a good experience here with service and leasing two Subarus. But I'm kind of disappointed with my visit today. My oil change and tire rotation was scheduled for 1:15pm. She quoted me 1 hour to 1 hr and 15 minutes. It's now been almost 2 hours (20 minutes shy) and they've JUST finished my oil change. They haven't even started the tire rotation or car wash (obviously). They offer an express service for walk-ins, I can only assume that's why this is taking so long. If it's not already being done, appointments should take precedence over walk in customers. So much for enjoying my half day off work! I have to return for future service since I bought the package so hopefully next time is different. read more

I own an Acura and I have taken my Acura to Wilde Honda for a variety of service visits because my Acura is essentially a Honda and they are more reasonable than Acura of Brookfield. Let's be real. A tire rotation or an oil change on an Acura isn't any different to justify a 2 or 3 times cost difference. So, Wilde started to get my business. So when it was time to replace my tires, the service department said they can get me some of the best pricing around. What sets them apart from say Tires Plus or Discount Tire or a local tire shop is they always use OEM specific tires or recommendation that is held to the specs of the factory and design of the car. Other tire stores tend to push what they can get at a better price first.... Unless you know what you want. Most consumers look at price first so they typically push a tire that may not meet specs to get the sale. I told them what I was looking for and they came back with a price that was actually better than Tire Rack. I've purchased my last three sets of tires from Tire Rack so I was impressed with the price. Wilde campus in Waukesha has several brands all in one location, so when they sent me to Subaru, it didn't bother me as the tech that worked on my car was a master mechanic and has worked on Acura's before. First, the vibe at Subaru service is a lot different than any other brand that I have been to. It was a warm welcoming and almost laid back (much like the Subaru customers I guess!) When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by Kasey Kraus, the service writer. I mean immediately... before I got out of my car. I told her I had an appointment, she started the process and then handed me over to Curt Vossekuil who had all the paperwork started. Both Curt and Kasey was outstanding in terms of customer service, friendliness and professionalism. If you have read any of my other reviews, customer service is a huge factor in any of my reviews especially when it comes to retail but I also understand it is difficult to please everyone. Curt explained everything to me and what they are doing, they had a great device that I have not seen anywhere other than Wilde that checks your alignment right there in the check in bay (see my picture). Curt explained how long this would take and he was spot on. I was going to take the shuttle service but went to get coffee off site. Then came back and sat in their waiting room. Nice amenities, comfortable seating and plenty of tables to work at. The service writer then went over exactly what they did when they delivered my car, asked for questions and then even made a copy of my receipt for my rebate (to send in). Those are the little attention to details that I really appreciate in the customer service. The service manager, Kevin came out to check on things too. I noticed another review said how dirty it was in the waiting room. As I sat there for several hours, there was a cleaning person there cleaning the entire time. The rest rooms were clean and there was no garbage even on the table. Summary: outstanding service, friendly and professional staff. Great pricing and after a few weeks on my new tires, I am extremely satisfied with my Pirelli P Zero tires. If you need tires, I'd highly recommend you discuss it with a service writer and check out their prices. read more

I had been with another Subaru service center since I bought my car six years ago. The quality at that location had been getting worse over the past three years and I finally had it with them. I tried another Subaru service center and service didn't seem to be any better. I was starting to wonder if I could buy another Subaru in a few years because of the lack of quality at these service centers. I decided to give Wilde Subaru a chance. I was very pleased. I was a Toyota gal for 14 years. That changed after our first son was born and my husband bought himself a certified pre-owned 2012 Subaru Outback. After I took it for the first spin through the Wisconsin snow, I wondered what in earth I had been thinking for the past 14 years driving my 2WD death trap! The following year and another baby later, I sold my Toyota for a used 2014 Subaru Outback. We've been a Subaru family ever since. Both of our pre-owned cars were sold to us by Jose, a wonderful young salesman at Wilde Subaru in Waukesha. Upon each of our initial visits, we told him exactly what we were looking for and the price range we were working with. On both occasions, he was able to find a great match for us within a week's time. He kept us in budget and got us two fantastic cars that have truly served our family well. He was a no-pressure salesman that aimed to please. Recently, another tiny wrench entered the works when we decided to add another little miracle to our family. We found that we needed something larger than the Outbacks to haul three kiddos, our bicycles, and loads of baby gear. Unfortunately, we were already driving the largest vehicle Subaru had to offer. Enter the 2019 Subaru Ascent [cue the angel choir]. My husband and I read article after article about the new model and decided it was going to be our next purchase. For the Ascent, we wandered into new territory, as it was the very first car we've ever purchased new. The car was so new, in fact, we were not able to see one in person on the lot. We would have to pre-order the car in order to get our hands on one in time for our new baby's arrival. Matt Marmon was the salesman that walked us through the entire buying process from pre-ordering to the final pick up. During our first meeting, Matt took an entire hour out of his schedule to tell us all about the Ascent and our ordering options. We also left with an estimate of what my new Mom mobile would cost. Being savvy shoppers, we also got quotes from the other Subaru dealers in the area to see if they'd compete for our business. While the other dealers were willing to do so, they all gave us a small window of time (hours) to purchase or they "couldn't" give us that price. So we took our numbers back to Matt and discussed the situation. He said he would be willing to beat the other offers and allowed us as much time as we needed to make the decision. THIS is good salesmanship! Shelling out for a new SUV is a HUGE financial decision for most families and we needed to run the numbers before making such a large commitment. They promise the moon, but once they have your money they don't know you. Every call goes to voicemail even though the employees are lounging around. I called 5 times asking for a callback and never got one. I had to ask for copies of all documents I signed. I was promised a gift card for test driving but they refused to provide one. This dealer is ALL OVER THE PLACE with their customer service. Some days their waiting room is trashed and the receptionist rude, other days I am in and out no problems at all. Their car wash is ALWAYS broken which kinda sucks cause I really look forward to that perk every time. Recently I got my headlight replaced and they forgot to write which side it was on so a few months later when I called to ask for the information when another one went out, no one could tell me because they forgot to take good notes. Lol. That's half the reason I got to a Subaru dealer because I thought I could expect good overall maintenance I can count on. Also I went into the sales area one day to have a quick discussion about a car I would like to eventually upgrade to, they took all my information and said they would call me if They had one. I am now on my fourth Subaru. (Yeah, I like Subaru.) My sales guy for the recent Outback was good, but the woman who'd sold me my first one, and my wife her two, threw some serious shade at me when I came in on the sales guy's day off and asked for some information about the car. I left without any help whatsoever. So my 2018 Outback Limited is nice, but the electronics & entertainment are buggy as all getout. At one point, after a phone call, the radio sound was only coming from one speaker. As I was on my way to the dealer, I let it continue, and demonstrated the issue to their "Outback Product Expert," Ava. Restarting the car fixed it (i.e. rebooting.) I asked her to report this, and get back to me with whether it was a known bug. I never heard from her again. (Ed. : If doing so was not her job, she should not have agreed to do it.) On November 4th, the car repeatedly failed to launch "Android Auto" as it otherwise does, so I called the dealer to find out if I was doing something wrong. They promised a callback "within 30 minutes," which I never received. On December 6th, my wife reported to me mid-evening that it was sitting in the garage (unattended and not running) making a weird noise. I recorded the noise and noted the location (under the rear axle) and sent the audio file to the service email on the 7th with an explanation, asking them to tell me what the sound was, and if it was a problem. I got no response, so on the 8th, I called, and spoke to a Mr. Hinkle, who asked me to send it to his email. I did so, and to date, have heard nothing back. ---- Update: Service called me and apologized, we set up an appointment, and they updated the software in my system (there were several known issues, two of which were those I'd complained about.) They also explained the noise I'd asked about. Sales, except for an aggressive and rather whiny email from the saleswoman I mentioned in my first paragraph, has not gotten back to me, weeks later. (Reminder - my own sales guy, Mike, was first-rate.) I've upgraded the review from two to three stars, at service's request, but only that far, since I had the problem in the first place, and because sales's response was so underwhelming. read more

I made an appointment to have a minor issue looked at on my vehicle. I told them what the issue was on the phone and they got me set up with a time to come in. When I arrived, it was difficult to find someone to talk to. The first woman I approached rudely told me I was on the wrong place and sent me across the service bay. I told the man over there I had an appointment and he also seemed inconvenienced by my presence but proceeded to find my information. He looks over the car and asks a few basic questions. As he is finishing up with me he briefly glosses over the diagnosis fee (I forget what exactly what it was but at least $120+/ hr with no confirmation they would be able to determine the problem). I asked if that was standard and he condescendingly explains to me the mechanics have to get paid somehow. I then polietly explain I would like to take a he car elsewhere because I had never heard of a diagnostic fee before and was not informed about it when I made the appointment He makes another rude comment about how "that is my decision". Honestly brushed it off as I wasn't sure if this was standard of Milwaukee dealerships. But today I took my car to another Milwaukee area Subaru dealership for an oil change & they gladly offered to look at the minor issue for no fee. I will not be returning to this dealership and they have lost me as a customer for all of my regular service needs. Car dealerships and I are like oil and water. We don't mix. I took my car in for a routine oil change last month. No big deal, people do it all the time. While I was there, I also enjoyed some coffee. They also had an abundance of fruit and snacks available. I was even encouraged by the front desk clerk to take some snacks. Great! Until you realize you're the one paying for it anyway. I get notified my car was ready. I had an oil change done. Synthetic oil. $52.00 later (yes, you read that correctly) my car was ready. Oh, and a complimentary car wash. And then... the car seat was pulled up so far I could barely squeeze back in. Talk about a rude awakening! Seriously Wilde Subaru - $52.00 for an oil change? Are you high? Then I got two emails from the manager, telling me to "expect a survey." I boy, was I watching for it. I couldn't wait to fill that sucker out. I checked my mail and junk mail daily - and it never came. So, I guess that's why Yelp is here. Now, when I brought my car in, I was also told they would do the complimentary "standard checks" - tires, window washer fluid, etc. HAD THEY ACTUALLY CHECKED THE TIRES, they would have realized how low they were. I got the dashboard notification a week or so later. My husband told me they were all 5-10 psi under what the minimum should be. So, my first - and last - time at Wild Subaru? I don't know, but I do know I will not be paying $52.00 to take it up the ass again for a simple oil change. read more

We went in to look through the lot and told him that we were there just to gather information and were not looking to buy that day. He allowed us to test drive, and then got visibly irritated when we didn't purchase the car from him. He then continued to contact us even after we had made it clear to the dealership when we didn't want to be in contact with Scott anymore. FYI everyone that works here looks like the same person. Very disappointing visit to Wilde Subaru Service in Waukesha, today. In the past, they have been a good dealer to buy from. Perhaps they still are. I have also used them to have a trailer hitch installed a few years ago. That went well, too. Today, though, I realize that I will never come back for any service issue. I made an appointment online to buy a set of tires. Competative pricing, and they had what I wanted in stock -per the web site. I confirmed my appointment a couple days ago. All set, good to go. Just check in at 10 AM. So I checked in, signed the work order, handed over the keys and settled in to wait for an hour or so. 40 minutes later, the service writer came to the waiting room and informed me that they did NOT have the tires I ordered. NOT in stock. Crap! Oh, but "we have these other wonderful tires...". Maybe, but they were inferior to what I want to spend the next 50,000 miles riding on. I had direct experience with one of them and I know hey wear out very quickly. So I said forget it, I'll just go. But there was a problem, and this is the most insane thing of all: They put my car up on the rack, pulled off all 4 wheels and dismounted all the tires from the wheels... BEFORE checking to see if the tires for me were in stock. Oops, no tires. So now I have to wait while the technician re-mounts and re-balances my old tires to put back on my car. If that is standard operating procedure, imagine if you needed a critical engine part replaced. Tear it all apart and 'Oops. We don't have it". "leave it for a week". What a massively wasted morning. Waste of gas, too. The dealer is 20 miles from my house and in the opposite direction from where I work. I now have to order the tires online and bring them to a tire shop to install. I have been going to Wilde for service for a year and a half, Curt has been awesome helping me with a difficult problem. I will continue to go there for service because of him, he is also the reason I went there to buy my new car. I was disappointed with the sales department. My salesman did not explain the features of the car, never told me about the Subaru buy-back deal (very important to me), could not answer basic questions, and handed off the closing of the deal to someone else so he could get a haircut. I had asked a sales manager to help mentor the new salesman but he didn't even give him the correct date for pick up and did not help him close the deal as I had requested. The sales department is responsible for Starlink sales. At closing neither the salesman nor the sales manager answered my questions about my Starlink subscription correctly or have knowledge about the program. Keelyn MacGregor and Rhonda Rendon were awesome, knowledgeable, professional, and the kind of representatives that would make me come back to the dealership. I think Wilde needs to pay attention to its sales department and some of their employees who may need some coaching and more training on how to work with clients and what makes a good sales person. The 2 salesmen I worked with would not be the reason I return to Wilde. I would have given a higher rating if it were not for the 2 salesmen that I worked with. read more

So freaking pissed off right now! Their service center wasted my day! Arrived for a noon oil change APPOINTMENT only to be told it would take 2 HOURS for a routine oil change! In the end it took over 3 HOURS for the oil change & they tried to make it sound ok because another guy waited 11 hours!! No compensation or solutions offered! If I wasn't stuck with a stupid prepaid pack I wouldn't be back! If they are that busy they cannot get to scheduled appointments for things that should take 20 minutes they need to stop taking so many appointments or call clients ahead of time to see if they can come later! My husband and I bought our first new car from Wilde Subaru. We worked with Brandon and It could not have been easier! We made an appointment ahead of time, did our research on what we wanted so that all we needed to do was test drive. Trading in our old car was super easy too and we got a fair price for It. It did take a while, we had a 9 am appointment and didn't get out till just before 1 pm, but we expected It to take a long time so that wasn't a surprise. Financing was a breeze too. Kay was very rude and dismissive of me, even though we had an appointment she continued to go about her business as if we weren't there. I went and bought my new car from Sommers Subaru instead, which was a great experience. read more

Kay worked with me from start to finish through the process of ending one lease early and getting into a new one with a lower payment. Kay was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly/enjoyable to talk with, and more than happy to help me out with anything that I needed. Unlike some salespeople, I feel like Kay listened to me and treated me with respect in terms of my reluctance or skepticism throughout the process. I'm very happy with my new car as well as the dealer experience overall. Josh and Keely also helped make the deal go smoothly. Unfortunately, I have to give them a star. I drove 90 minutes to test drive a new car. I had a 6pm appointment, a price, and was excited for a test drive. I drove the 90 minutes and was a little late (15-20mins.) but it didn't matter the representative had already gone home at 5pm. I was passed off to another representative who didn't know anything about my previous conversations. He then told me that the car I wanted to test drive wouldn't arrive for a few days. I was flabbergasted! I read the messages from the rep that scheduled the appointment, the car info, price, and the, "See you tonight. Make sure you ask for me!" What a waste! 90 min. drive here, sitting and waiting for another 45 minutes (a manager supposedly wanted to talk to me but couldn't seem to leave their office in the time I was there), and another 90 minutes home. Oh, I was offered... IF I paid him a deposit $500 he would hold the incoming car for me. Really? That's your resolution? What a WILDE waste of time!!! Two days later... I was told my experience IS NOT the way they do business there, but two days later. Did I get a call from the manager that couldn't be bothered to come out of their office to apologize and just kept me waiting, no. Did I get a call from the representative that scheduled the test drive to explain her mistake or apologize, no. I think that speaks VOLUMES to how Wilde treats their customers. I would recommend that you not do business with the Wilde. Instead go to a dealer that owns up to their mistakes and makes it right for a potential customer, not one that just ignores them and hopes they go away! Don't make a Wilde mistake! read more

1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change. appointment was at 3pm arrived at 250pm and I had to ask where my suv was at 430pm, only to find out it was sitting in the lot for the past 45 minutes . Service here is always been a problem. Next door at Wilde Honda I have never had a problem with service and they always go above and beyond to inform and help. read more

Bought a nice new Subaru from Wilde in November. Sales process was going perfect until they tried a bait and switch on the financing. They promised the best rates, even printed a document indicating we were getting those great rates. Once we were ready to sign, they informed us those great rates were not possible. New rates were like 4% higher. After 20 mins of discussion the rates magically changed. This alone should have made me walk. The problems continued from there. All the paperwork on the deal had a minor flow. The dates were incorrectly set to 2016 while it was still 2015. We went back and re-signed everything. Big inconvenience. Then, 3 months later, we got an letter requesting we pay 25$ for them to process the paperwork for the car we traded them 3 months earlier. Asked us to sign more papers. Bizarre to say the least. I can buy one screw up on the paperwork, but two, come on... Love my Subaru. But, avoid this dealer at all costs. Go somewhere else. Its way to easy to find another dealer. read more

After a few months of consideration and research, we wanted to test drive a Subaru Crosstrek. In fact, going into the dealership we were convinced that was the car we'd end up buying. When we went to Wilde Subaru this Saturday, it was crowded. We waited on the sales room for a while and no one had time to approach us -- not even to say "welcome, we'll be with you shortly." Ultimately we asked a receptionist if anyone would be able to help us. With a very annoyed tone, she got on the intercom to ask someone to come help on the sales floor. It was very unwelcoming. A young salesperson named Matt spoke to us for a bit and set us up to go out on a test drive alone. He was generally accommodating, but rather uninspiring. He was clearly disinterested in discussing the car with us. Ultimately, the whole experience made it easy for us to decide not to buy a Subaru and take the time to look elsewhere. read more

I was searching for a new Subaru. I chose Wilde due to its proximity to my workplace. I ordered a new 2012 impreza before they even hit the lot. They ordered the wrong car. Totally wrong. Asked if I wanted it anyways, then made me wait another month for the car I actually wanted. Prepare yourself for 2-3 hour oil changes and a staff that couldn't care less how your experience is. Problem? Call the service manager, Kevin. But don't expect him to answer, or call you back. Ever. There is nowhere to go if you wait for your vehicle. You'll sit in the dealership, and some dude repeatedly points out how long you've been there. Problems with your brand new car starting? Bring it in for service and pay for service, but the car will continue to have problems. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND INCAPABLE. read more

Although I really love Subaru I absolutely hate this dealership. My interactions with them have been absolutely unproductive and unprofessional. I bought my Subaru used but it has been serviced there in the past so I chose to continue dealing with them. I tried to order a recall part in November only to find out in January that they had no record of my call or my order or my name or my car in the system. Nobody apologized for this instead they insisted that they didn't believe me. I ordered the part again and got no confirmation that the part was in even though I was promised I would be notified. Now even though it's a recall part they won't confirm with me that there is no cost until I go in to get it. I've dealt with other Subaru dealers and had wonderful experiences, but this has seriously been awful. read more
