Besides informing me they don't offer that service, I was redirected. So I'm here to share the tip I was given and would be a lifesaver to anybody else who's sees this. I also asked them to change my transmission fluid as recommended in the owners manual & they just forgot about it. When I picked up the car the guy acted like he didn't know I asked for that. I guess they only want to sell new or reman transmissions. As an engineer I know the #1 reason transmissions fail is a lack of maintenance. They told me to leave it until it fails! So I went back to AutoZone where I have shopped previously. The AutoZone rep looked up my part and even when I questioned if it was correct they said it was and showed my on the computer. So I purchased the part. 30 minutes into the work I then discovered it was indeed the wrong part. I've purchased these parts before at O'Reilly's and never had issues with them providing my with the correct parts. I've purchased parts for Mitsubishi, Honda Civic, Honda Pilot, Honda Del Sol and Acura TL Type S and find they are very helpful and have the part in stock 99% of the time. The reps are always very helpful. Although prices are competitive, I feel they are usually the best value and quality with a selection from "entry level, mid level and highest level" quality in selection (if available). What I like most is the staff is knowledgeable and offer help and advice as they are usually car enthusiast. I will add more pictures on my next visit.

The service here is very friendly and personal. I've gone for one emergency repair and one major…read morerepair, and I am continuing to come for regular maintenance. It's very helpful that they offer loan cars as well as complimentary shuttle service both to and from their shop. The staff is very knowledgeable, offering informative advice about preventative maintenance without coming across as upselling. If you have to wait, their waiting room is very comfortable, and the shop is in walking distance of a couple local restaurants if you're stopping in on a lunch break.

They won't try to oversell you on anything, and make sure to only tell you the fixes that are necessary. The area is tiny and they have one singular chair to sit in while you wait. Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.
