WiFi never worked either! Suzie & her grown daughter Tiffany, run this dump and do not care one ounce about you. I arrived here with my new 2022 RV and totally minding my own business only for them to harass me and try to drive me out so they could have somebody else take my spot while they KEPT all of my money for the next 3 weeks of my intended stay. Their excuse? They "don't remember" me telling them I have a PTSD Service Dog, which I tell EVERYONE, and that all they had available was my location they put me in which turned out to be a "no-dog zone", as Suzie stipulates! This is truly a Trailor trash park. From the management straight down to the overflowing dumpsters and filth and pollution all over the place. I could not get out of here fast enough! You've been warned. If you decide to take your chances, be sure to get everything in writing from them before you give them any deposit. They are lying, thieving women running this trashy park. Washers and dryers available for a decent price. There are dry lines to use as you are not allowed to hang dry laundry at your personal lot. Pet friendly. Up to 2 dogs per lot. The office has several useful items to purchase at decent prices. Water hoses and such. The maintenance staff are very friendly. The entire community has been welcoming and nice. It is quiet here. Even with the street right outside the fence it is pretty quiet. Great little area with a bike path across the street. Downtown Palm Harbor is less that a mile away and easily accessible by the bike trail. Everything a person would want or need is within 5 miles. There is no reason you would have to leave the area for anything. Prices are fair. Love this place!

We were told we had to leave even though we had a confirmation email from them for that site. We were still in the process of finding a new RV Resort (I was literally still on the phone calling around) when it hit 6:00 so they closed the office and left. They had no idea if we even found a place to go. They parked the new people right outside our site to get us to get out faster. They did not care that their error (system or not) displaced us. They did not even attempt to make it right.

When we arrived, the office was tucked inside the community center, which made it a little difficult to find at first. However, the staff was very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. Our site was a bit tight for our truck and 44-foot rig, especially since the campground was aware of our setup when we made the reservation. That said, the pool area, courts, community centers, and fitness area were all very nice and well maintained. After a long drive, we had hoped there would be a small camp store on-site so we wouldn't have to leave again, although there are stores conveniently located nearby. The grounds were clean and well kept, and it looked like improvements were being made with some homes being updated and new sites added. Overall, it's a decent spot to camp and has a lot of nice amenities to enjoy.

We never heard a peep from any of our neighbors, and the ones we encountered were all very friendly. I would say that probably 80% or more are full timers. Mostly retired residents with a few younger. If you're looking for a "resort" feel isn't it. But if you're looking for a safe, lovely park, you should look no further. We were fortunate enough to get a spot on the lake and it offered a lovely view and plenty of wildlife to enjoy. I should also mention that's it's literally right at the Pinellas bike trail! We spent almost every evening riding our bikes to many local fantastic eateries, breweries. Honeymoon Island State Park is also 5 mins away, and an incredible bike ride if I might add. The ONLY negative I have, is that they have allowed some storage of some real clunkers right at the front of the property. I think if that could be cleaned up, that would make it all the more desirable. That would be my only constructive criticism. That is the sole reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

The campground itself is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of shade and well-maintained grounds. We loved taking advantage of the bike and kayak rentals. I did enjoyed the fire pit we had outside the cabin where my friend and I made delicious s'mores. It's also just a short drive to Madeira Beach and other fun spots around St. Pete. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and you can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome. A huge thanks and a huge shout out to Raquel who made sure we had an amazing experience. She not only make sure our cabin was immaculate at all times but she also provided us with useful information about places to visit around the area like John's Pass, St. Petersburg Pier and War Veteran's Memorial Park. This KOA has the perfect mix of nature and comfort, and it's ideal for a group of friends, couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind in a cabin without roughing it.
