I was asked by one of the employees if I wanted to buy another tree to which I responded that I wasn't sure. At this point the owner (Hubert) entered the conversation and explained that these are hearty trees that thrive in the deserts of New Mexico. After a few questions he told me "if you want to talk, then take a walk. If you want a tree then see me". After confirming that he said to take a walk I expressed that is a heck of an attitude to which he told me the F-off and then threatened to "put a boot up my a**". I have never experienced any such negative attitudes from any employees I have interacted with in the past but this owner really should not be the face of this business. FRL&N is not a low cost source of landscape trees and I am sorry that I spent $3k+ on this trip of pinon pines. As for me, FRL&N will never see another dime from me and I hope no one else ever experiences the rude treatment I received today.
