I ended up ordering a solid maple, queen size bed, made to order. I brought in a shelf from an existing piece of furniture and Tony was able to supply a sample of an almost exact match color. Took 7 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery people were very professional and friendly. They put the bed together and placed my mattress on it in very short time. The bed is solid, sturdy and has a beautiful finish that matches my existing furniture. Their pricing is very competitive with the large furniture stores whose products are veneers, plastic and mass produced. No comparison in quality. We called him out on this and offered to return his walmart purchase so he could get his money back, to be told he did us a favor by buying walmart brand because the serenity package that we paid 400.00 for was " cheap stuff from dollar tree" Louis never tried to be honest or make restitution for the money we spent. We will never shop Ashley again and we could have ordered the bed online cheaper and received everything we paid for. No integrity or honesty with this salesman.
