I ended up ordering a solid maple, queen size bed, made to order. I brought in a shelf from an existing piece of furniture and Tony was able to supply a sample of an almost exact match color. Took 7 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery people were very professional and friendly. They put the bed together and placed my mattress on it in very short time. The bed is solid, sturdy and has a beautiful finish that matches my existing furniture. Their pricing is very competitive with the large furniture stores whose products are veneers, plastic and mass produced. No comparison in quality. The salesman was upfront about their not being able to get it for at least 4 weeks, due to Covid, and could not even give me a specific delivery date. He was extremely concerned that I might get frustrated with the wait and cancel the order down the road, which I get, so he didn't play any games about promising to get it to me by such and such a date. Apparently all of the furniture stores in town were having similar issues as almost every place we went gave us the same story. Either they were quick to point out that they had it in stock or said the wait may be a bit. I guess when Covid hit the warehouses, manufacturing centers and stores shut down but people were still at home ordering products online, so once the inventory in the warehouses was used up after lockdowns were lifted and deliveries could take place again new orders went into back order status. As I mentioned, this problem appears to be across the board in all the stores we went into. So I don't have the couch yet, and will wait patently for it. The price was good though, and it's a nice couch, so I am looking forward to getting it and will provide an update once I can actually land my butt on it.

I went in because I wanted to check out some of the guitars they talked about on their website which the owner custom made. Unfortunately they didn't have any to check out. However I noticed there was more than one poor review on Yelp regarding Grizzlies customer service. I wanted to chime in, as while I made it clear that I wasn't interested in buying anything I did have some general questions about their shop as I had never heard of them or their equipment before. The sales guy I was speaking with was more than happy to talk to me about them. Advising they were a local company, which designed their own equipment which they then had manufactured overseas, which is why it has their own logo on it. They do have one other show room out in Washington or Oregon the guy told me (I don't remember state to be honest) but that that showroom wasn't nearly as big as this one. So to be fair, while I didn't buy anything and can't attest to the quality of it, I will say that their customer service inside the store with somebody who was honest about not wanting to buy anything was pretty spot on.
