I reached out to Rodent Retreat specifically because they are a local veteran-owned business, not a franchise. The whole team was amazing. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. We feel the amount should have been adjusted to the gravity of the situation in our the attic. We regret paying this much for just a couple of squirrels which, by the way, were not taken away as I had assumed, but only pushed out.
