Do not ever use this company. They tell you one thing and then when they don't honor it they yell and scream at you on the phone and basically say to get lost. The company is a mess. I made an termite inspection appointment with them at Sept 11th. It was scheduled at Sept 22nd. I waited for them for half an hour today, nobody showed up. I gave them a call, they told me I gave them a call at Sept 18th to cancel it. This is a nonsense. I didn't give a call to them at Sept 18th. At that day, we were busy for one important visit. And then, they told me a termite treatment would costed close $900 for initial installation, while on their website, customer can buy online, the online price is $251.52 per service. The guy told me no way for such price, that was their cost. Then, he said, it was the monthly warranty fee, for those clients who installed the system. I asked him to confirm it. The guy asked me if I bought it from website or not. I told him, not yeah, then he hung up the call. A mess company, not recommended. read more

Contacted Addison Pest after a recommendation from a friend and spoke with the owner Mike about bites that we had found on our 10 month old son. We also found what looked like very small mites on his changing table in the nursery. Mike acted extremely rude and said that they were probably chiggers and we just needed to wait it out. I told him that some were found in the nursery on furniture (not outside where chiggers would be) and that I had some samples that I had killed with a permethrin spray and asked if they could send someone out to treat our house. Mike became very rude, said that he couldn't help us and that it was chiggers. We contacted another company...they had someone out that day and they discovered a rat nest in the attic right above the nursery as soon as they identified the problem as rat mites. Great job Mike! If you want to keep your family and household safe do not waste time with Mike and Addison Pest...rude, unprofessional and wrong! Thanks for your response Corey...we did take him to his pediatrician as well as a dermatologist. Mike's advise was to wait it out not to see a doctor. Also for clarification the permethrin was used on a small sample so I could have samples of what we found, the nursery was not treated. Best of luck to y'all...my opinion is honest and Mike said to feel free to let him know if he was wrong before he hung up on me during our initial call. read more

I have been a customer for 8 years. Service is very good but if you have a billing problem as I just have, beware. They offer a one time charge or an annual charge for service. I had been on the annual charge but was not notified it had expired. On the next service I was charged the one time fee. I called and said I had been an annual customer and prefer that. I said I would pay the annual fee if I could get the one time charge refunded. I did not hear back and on my credit card was charged BOTH the one time fee and the annual charge in the same month. That was not what I had wanted or authorized. I called and explained the situation and was told that they could not refund the one time fee. I asked that the annual charge be refunded as I had definitely NOT authorized BOTH of them. I checked my credit card about 10 days later and there was no refund on my credit card. I called and requested it again. The woman said she would request the owner to issue the refund again. At this point, I called and disputed the charge on my credit card. Unbeknownst to me, they fired me because they said the disputed charge resulted in higher credit card fees and that their notes said I had authorized both charges. I would NEVER have authorized BOTH charges at the same time. This all could have been avoided if they had called me back and explained the situation to me. I never received one call from them. Just both charges on my bill and a refusal to believe my side of the story. I don't know anyone who would pay a company twice in the same month. Certainly I don't. read more

Corey came out to my house today. Extremely knowledgeable and HONEST. Would never go to someone else after today. Originally shopped around and now that I've met Corey, I know I don't need to. Told me they're there to fix problems but I don't have problems at this point. When I do have a problem, I know who I will call. Taught me about 2 bugs I asked about: Black ants- do not hurt people or structure, attracted to moist soil but aren't harmful. Mosquito hawks, also called mayflies: do not harm people or property. Also answered my questions about termites or carpenter ants: explained you'll know because you will either see damage or you will see bug body parts. Gave me great info for the future. Happy to say don't need service now but no question who I'll call in the future when I do. Thanks Corey for your professional and knowledgeable service.
