She updated me on what sales is going on and was attentive to put my clothes in the dressing room whenever I pick up some new tops to try on. She informed me there are no extra smalls in this store. What a bummer! Everything in the store is beautifully displayed and very organized. The children's clothing is in the back next to the dressing rooms. They also have jewelry, purses, and shoes. I finally found something that kind of fit me and was happy with my purchase. Most items are priced in the $30-50+ range. If you follow their facebook page, you can see what promotion is currently going on. They also put together super cute outfit ideas on their fb page. Note to owner: please consider carrying extra smalls so petite people can shop here!

So if I get back 1/4 for what I've paid for my clothes, I think I've more than got my money's worth. I would say I get at least 1/4 back for what I paid (because I never buy full price, only on sale, hehe). At first I thought they charged a bit much for some of their clothes, but after seeing what they'll give me for the clothes I can understand that. I think they only pick the best and they pay well for them, so it makes sense that they'd charge a bit more. That being said, check out their sale rack when you go in! I got a really nice Michael Kors dress for $7!! (They originally wanted $25 for it, which I wouldn't have paid... but even then, that's a fraction of the retail cost).

They even offer clothing in their store but its main attraction is surly the accessories. You can also find great deals on discounted items, which are very well organized together. When I got to the back of the store, I walked by the other associate that was working and she didn't acknowledge me either. Due to the absence of customer service, I left and went to Bling. The second that I opened the door at Bling, an associate greeted me and asked if there was anything I was looking for (which is exactly what you SHOULD expect upon walking into a store). Even though I saw items that I would have liked to purchase at Versona that day, I didn't purchase anything because of the lack of customer service. I did, however, purchase items that day at Bling and I wasn't even planning on going there.

Has it been checked for water damage and mold? I know there is definitely an issue in the middle of the store dressing room, but I went in today to grab a self pickup order and left with a headache and tight chest after being there for maybe 3-5 minutes, soley by the check out counters.
