So if I get back 1/4 for what I've paid for my clothes, I think I've more than got my money's worth. I would say I get at least 1/4 back for what I paid (because I never buy full price, only on sale, hehe). At first I thought they charged a bit much for some of their clothes, but after seeing what they'll give me for the clothes I can understand that. I think they only pick the best and they pay well for them, so it makes sense that they'd charge a bit more. That being said, check out their sale rack when you go in! I got a really nice Michael Kors dress for $7!! (They originally wanted $25 for it, which I wouldn't have paid... but even then, that's a fraction of the retail cost).

When I walked in the store, I walked by an associate and she didn't even acknowledge me. When I got to the back of the store, I walked by the other associate that was working and she didn't acknowledge me either. Due to the absence of customer service, I left and went to Bling. The second that I opened the door at Bling, an associate greeted me and asked if there was anything I was looking for (which is exactly what you SHOULD expect upon walking into a store). Even though I saw items that I would have liked to purchase at Versona that day, I didn't purchase anything because of the lack of customer service. I did, however, purchase items that day at Bling and I wasn't even planning on going there.

They even offer clothing in their store but its main attraction is surly the accessories. You can also find great deals on discounted items, which are very well organized together. I love how I can go to one table full of reds and another table full or blue. Great marketing idea! You can easily lose track of time in here as you enjoy shopping through Bradly Fair. They now also have a west location, not as large but just as wonderful.
