The store is always in good condition, as far as cleanliness and orderliness (no items in the wrong rack in this store) and it's decorated cutely with the clothing they have available. The store itself has tons of fashionable attire, modern and business casual. While it seems to be geared to the younger generation, their business casual selection is appropriate for most business settings for the younger generation (and older too, if you're hip to it). But, the best feature that they offer is outstanding customer service. I can walk in there, tell them what I'm looking for and they'll take several minutes showing me different items in the store that I may like. Then, they'll also bring in other items that, after discovering your "taste" in style, they think you may like to your dressing room--just for fun! They are knowledgable about which jean styles fit well with different types--which as most women know, shopping for jeans can be quite an ordeal.
