Yes it is connected to the gym, but it does feel like its own place. About as much ambience as a hospital cafeteria, but it's built for convenience. Overall we are all satisfied, but not blown away. I ordered the migas plate, my husband ordered the veggie omelette, and my mother-in-law had the pancake meal. When reading the description of the plate it did seem like a lot of food, but it was well portioned. Everything came out pretty quick. I loved mines and did take a bite of what everyone ordered. I have to say that I have never had a meal where I don't feel completely stuffed. This meal left me satisfied and feeling full but not the bad full. Every bite was delicious! You can tell they use fresh ingredients. My mother-in-law who is extremely picky and hardly ever finishes her meals ate everything. My husband did not leave one bite behind. Having trouble finding healthy spots with good flavors.? This is the spot. This place is ran by a…read morenurse and they do weekend meet ups for workouts and healthy plans to get you to your goals. The crowd was so fun and felt like family. This Saturday they will do a meet up and the first 20 or so will get goody bags. Also, there will be a drawing for a self-care package with a massage, brow tint and other pampering goodies. Today I enjoyed a Nerds tea that was low sugar but you could never tell from the taste. Filled with pineapple and blue raspberry and one other flavor..I wanna say it was strawberry. The environment is very relaxed and fun. I sat at the bar area and noticed some cute chairs near plants and a corn hole game area for the kiddies. Everything was cooked properly and presented well, but it never had that "wow, I need to come back for this" factor. That's not to say it's a bad burger. It's a good burger.
