Located in a large strip mall, parking was not an issue. We were greeted upon entrance and we immediately checked out all their fresh ingredients. My go to base is always greens, instead of rice. . My three proteins of choice today were eel, which I was happy to see, spicy tuna, and ahi tuna. He heated the eel in the microwave for a few. Loved the variety of extensive veggies, sauces, and topping sections. Most are free unlimited too, except for avocado and cream cheese, a small extra charge. I think I pretty much had most of the ingredients in my bowl lol. As far as sauces, you can mix if you like and I was able to sample as well. I'm a spicy chick, so he mixed up a concoction of sriracha aioli and spicy ginger. My bowl was packed with yumminess. I could have used a plate to mix up all the goodies. The eel had a slight sweetness to it and the dressings/sauce was actually not that hat spicy. My bowl was topped with wonton chips for a crispy texture. Perfectly full and happy with healthy choices made. Seating was abundant. No military discount offered. When in the area, we'll definitely be back!

I was a little disappointed having to dig through my veggies and literally can count how many pieces of ahi were given and how tiny they were. Service can be a little better, it being my first time here I felt rushed to make topping selections.

I dropped in for lunch between appointments. Seated at 12:04PM, served at 12:15PM, and out the door before 1PM (and I even paid haha). The service is prompt, friendly, and accurate. My order came out exactly as I ordered it and just busting at the seams with flavor. I love this place and look forward to coming back.

Our middle kid ordered their food, "medium," and they can eat pretty spicy food. The food came, and I was enjoying the two dishes my husband and I were sharing. They were just the right heat, for "hot." But the middle kid was complaining that theirs was too hot. I tasted what was supposed to be "medium" and it was hotter than our "hot" dishes. My husband tried it, agreed, and said, "that's too hot for me." The middle kid said" I can't eat this. It's too hot." I told the waitress about it, and she said "the medium is made with actual Thai chilies, whereas the hot is made with chili flakes." I asked, "so, it's normal for the medium to be hotter than hot?" She replied, "it depends on the dish." And then she asked if my kid wanted a different dish and wanted that one taken away. Our kid said yes and ordered another dish, with no spice but asked for it to go because we were almost done and they were sharing our "hot" food with no problem. After my husband paid, I found out they charged for the overly hot dish. I know "hot" and "medium" are somewhat subjective, but we had all agreed the "medium" dish was way hotter than the "hot." The waitress should have not charged us for the uneaten dish, or at least made it clear she would have to charge us for it. Though my food was decent, it was definitely not special, and the lobster in the pad Thai was so overcooked that it was tough. The situation put a bad taste in my mouth, and we will never eat here again.

It's like a checklist and reminder for me on the scary movies that I haven't watched yet. However, few suggestions on the drinks. 1. The boba was too saggy. 2. The drinks are too sweet :( 3. The drinks were not cold enough when we got them. A nice cup of cold drink in hot summer would be perfect! But overall, such a cool place. Must go visit!

I went inside and was instantly greeted by the cashier and by an abundance or horror themed items. It was hard choosing between the perfect tea bc there were so many great options. While I waited, I went around taking pics. The lighting made it a bit difficult to take pics with certain characters down the pitch black hallway. If they were able to put lighting to showcase the hallway monsters, that would be a great improvement. What really needs improvement is the restroom. The restroom was on point with the horror theme. The toilet was dirty, the sink was dirty, and the toilet paper was just placed on the handrail. The complaints I have are easy fixes and should not stop any horror lover from experiencing this place. It's an absolute dream...or should I say nightmare!

I got the small (5oz) side and enjoyed it in the cozy comfort of my car after a work dinner. The next few times we went, he was working and greeted us warmly, welcoming us back. Our most recent visit, the employee looked a little annoyed or maybe bored and didn't greet us when we walked in (it's fine, he was busy and working by himself so so get it). My husband and I were talking about the menu and making comments about "ohh they took off this flavor?!" or "mm.. that one sounds good". As we were debating what we wanted, the employee was sighing loudly and even rolled his eyes. When we asked about Joel, he said that Joel no longer worked there. We haven't been back since - not because of a not so welcoming experience, but simply because it's out of the way and we don't exactly have an excitement to go back. The store itself is clean and has a few tables inside as well as some outside. The menu changes occasionally and offers new flavors while taking some off the menu. There are some staples that remain regardless of other changes and adjustments.
