They were hired by our neighbor to cut down their tree, but while doing so, they damaged our property -- including our pavers, mulch, and plants. Even worse, the crew entered our backyard without our permission, climbing over our fence and dragging a massive branch across our yard. When I brought this to the owner's attention -- including showing him clear video and photo evidence -- he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He said he would come back to fix the damage, but he's been ignoring us ever since. We've tried multiple times to follow up, but there's been zero accountability.
