Here's what went wrong: I booked a 10′ truck and showed up to unload three heavy Snap-On toolboxes. The truck had no ramp, something that was never disclosed. A store representative originally granted me a free 24-hour extension to try and get a ramp. Then the store manager erased that free extension from my account, putting me a full day "behind" through no fault of my own. The manager even placed a note in my account stating I should not be allowed to rent or extend the rental in the future. Now I'm faced with returning the truck with my belongings still inside and absolutely no idea what will happen -- extra charges? contract voided? Throughout this ordeal, I received conflicting, aggressive, and unprofessional communication instead of help or consistency. To be clear -- I have paid every day the truck has been in my possession. I'm not refusing payment. I've simply been trying to avoid a confrontation with a manager who acted hostile and vindictive. This location showed a complete lack of integrity and respect for customers. I hope corporate sees this and takes action, but I would never trust Orange Park U-Haul again.

I had one thought on the type of tanks I wanted, but after discussions with the D&D folks, I went with their recommendation and have not been sorry. A few years after the generator installation, I installed a pool and had D&D provide a hook up to the tanks for the pool heater. Because of the pool install I had to have them disconnect and reconnect to propane supply lines. Their installation & maintenance team is very competent, and the office has been very pleasant to work with by answering all my questions. On my first call to inquire about having gas installed for my home I encountered a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who answered all of my questions. He checked his schedule and booked an appointment for me to have a guy come to the house for a site inspection the next week. The site inspector showed up right as scheduled and looked my situation over. He advised me what I needed for my application, and answered all questions I had. He sent his findings to the office and within two days I received a detailed estimate via email. I was ok with the estimate and called the office with the go ahead. The lady scheduled me for the following week. The installer showed up right on time as scheduled and performed the installation. I was very pleased with his work. I find this company to be extremely reliable and professional. Based on my interaction with Western Gas I can highly recommend them.

Called 2 days ago about another tank re-fill. Specifically asked what the charges would be and any extra fees or delivery fee. Was expressly told "just gas and tax" "no delivery charge". Invoice left for me shows FUEL RECOVERY FEE, HAZMAT FEE, and DELIVERY FEE (see image). THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WAS JUST TOLD ON THE PHONE! Called to give them a chance to resolve. Girl who answered the phone sounded half asleep. No resolution or even a call back after being transferred and leaving a message for whoever I was transferred to. Emailed them explaining the issue, again trying to resolve, but again received no response. I see also "Business Owner" is posting right here on yelp saying they do not charge those fees. Clearly this is not true at all. Owner post on Yelp: "we charge no additional fees", "charge...taxes...and cost of propane" My bill: 3 additional fees Ideal Gas just expressly stated they do not charge (See my images showing both.) On the Idealgas invoice is a "Refer a friend" offer for $50. Who would refer someone to a business that behaves this way? Dishonestly and outright lies to customers by a business is not acceptable behavior.....Ever. Very Disappointing from a company I thought was honest and reputable.

Buddy Dingman gave me some good advice about a year ago even without me being a customer. He treated me kindly then and so when it came time to switch companies, IDEAL was my first choice. When i called to dispute the charges the girl admitted "i'm remembering some things that happened, because i think im the one that checked you in" after asserting the order which i checked back in, she confirmed she was the person who checked me in. should i mention my dad rented a truck from this location, and the truck was "missing" for three days? he returned the truck, also on a saturday, and u-haul called him on wednesday because they couldn't find the truck. it was never checked in and someone left with the keys. i am convinced at this point they are running a scam.

I didn't know but you can pull up next to the propane refill station, ring the bell, someone comes out to refill your tank(s) and you pay there then go. Super convenient and they are open 7 days, also you get more propane when refilling compared to exchanging plus it's cheaper. Besides the 5-10 minutes wait since there was only one person that refills the tanks I wasn't there long.

They carefully dug the very long 14" deep trench to the generator and installed the necessary piping. They were careful with the sod, removed it carefully and replaced it nicely., Courteous workers, excellent self propelled equipment, and they hauled off the extra soil that' was displaced by the tank. They will return for the final inspection and make all the necessary connections. Couldn't be more pleased! Very professional in every aspect! Fully recommend them!
