I immediately called the driver and he told me aggressively that his company does not offer the service I needed... which was a tow... I thought this company specialized in towing... Had to call another tow company and the soonest one was backed up for 2 hrs. By then the mechanical shop I needed to go to had closed. This company is fraudulent. They thought they could get a contract to tow a vehicle with out actually doing the work. Save your self time and avoid this company at all costs. Also filed complaint with the BBB.
