The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

He knew how to do it correctly but my electrical system was being temperamental and wouldn't accept the reset the first few times. He was SO patient! I have always had polite people help me when I come in here so two thumbs up to whomever is doing the hiring:) I don't have any complaints and only left 4 stars instead of 5 bc I wish they'd give better coupons, especially to those of us who return. Always happy to go here and I drive out of my way to do so. Happy customer:)

They won't try to oversell you on anything, and make sure to only tell you the fixes that are necessary. Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

Wednesday I went there to tell them about a suspected brake issue; Lance, the owner, remembered me and we made an appointment for yesterday to have him look at the brakes. They put my spare on and told me they would pay for fixing the tire and to get it fixed and bring back the bill and they would take care of it. I brought back the bill and the manager contacted me and asked if I would be o.k. getting just half of the bill reimbursed. I told her no since it was their employee that broke is so they I expect them paying the whole bill. She then said that they have to open an investigation. This happened at the end of April and I have yet to hear back from her. I am beyond angry about this. I know the young man who broke it was sorry about it but sorry doesn't pay me my money back.
