After moving back in, I discovered that a multiple number of traps were missing or broken. Sooooo how where they checking the traps if they were broken or missing? They still cashed the check for the service even though they couldn't notice that the traps were broken??? We were never notified nor were the traps fixed or repaired while we were away!!!! Currently they are supposed to be spraying the outside of our home to kill spiders and ants. I've had to call them back 3 times in the past 2 months due to running into spider webs at my front door and habants invading our home. Not impressed with their service or products. Company had employee out here to check termite traps. He said that many of them may possibly be hidden under mulch but had no idea where to locate them and did not attempt to locate them. I walked around the house with him to confirm that the ones that he could find were being checked. They are pushing new, more expensive spraying for termites vs old traps due to the increased price of the traps themselves. We are still having issues with spiders both inside and outside of the house along with the appearance of ants in the house again. I will contacting them ASAP to control these pests.
