When I ask for escalation, I get zero follow up calls. The hoops I am having to jump through to fix their mistake is ridiculous. I had to pay an insurance lapse fee from the DMV, plus double payments because they couldn't be bothered to send a letter or call, even after I had a year of consistent payments. Second time, I was out of state for six months, and even after I had called them and told them I was coming back to SC, yet again they cancelled my insurance, with no letter or call again. Given I was in the middle of a move I didn't notice until the DMV sent me a notice that said my license was suspended. $600 dollars later, with much grief and frustration, I confronted the office, and they coldly stated there was nothing they can do for me. This company could care less about its customers and I wish only the worst for those cutthroat snakes.
