Once they saw the service was covered under my tire contract--which includes lifetime rotations, balancing, and repairs--they told me I'd have to leave the car and they'd get to it "when they could." Despite multiple calls for updates, my car wasn't ready until nearly seven hours later. The worst part: the slow leak wasn't repaired. The nail was still in the tire; they had simply moved the tire from the rear to the front. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I won't be purchasing tires or using their repair services again. P.S. No canned response from Mr. Tire is necessary.
