I may be a bit late to this review. Hell, I don't know if Yelp was around in 2007? Either way, let's go back a few years. In the spring of 2007 my dentist in the Fredneck area recommended I have my remaining wisdom teeth removed and recommended Dr. Michael Will, who just so happen to have his office 3 miles from home. Bonus. I made my appointment and went for the consult. I don't remember this consult very much as having teeth pulled was pretty common for me. (Before I had braces I needed 10 [yes, ten] baby teeth pulled.) It was when I was lying in the chair and he finished discussing the teeth removal that my memory really kicks in. At the very end he asks me, "do you often wake up in the middle of the night and you're not breathing?" What?! Yes! How'd he know?? He goes on to tell me he has much more education than just oral surgery and goes into how looking in my nose he can tell I likely sleep poorly. Bingo. Nailed it on the head. Dr. Will could have told me about the procedure he'd like to do to improve my sleep, but he doesn't. That's the easy move and that's not him. To ensure my apnea is mechanical, versus neurological or some other version, he sends me to do a sleep study and and have more tests which take about 2-3 weeks. I don't mind this because one, I've never had surgery; it scares me and two, he's being thorough ensuring that his procedure will correct my problematic sleep. I eventually have the procedure and was thrilled. I remember laying down on the surgical table, then I have a vague memory of goofing off in a wheelchair, then I'm sitting on my neighbors couch and their kids are putting stickers all over my sweatshirt. Zero pain. None, only mild discomfort for about 4 days. On day 4 I go back to his office and Dr. Will proceeds to remove roughly 325 feet of gauze from my nostrils. (I may be exaggerating.) While it didn't hurt, it was certainly a VERY strange sensation having that much packed gauze pulled from your nose like a clown pulls scarfs from his sleeve. It's now 2019 and as he told me back in 2007, I may need the same surgery once again. I'm here leaving a note as I prep for the same surgery far away from Maryland. If I were still in the USA I'd 100% go back to Dr. Will for the work he performed. read more

Update to my last review, now 2 weeks post op- SO HAPPY with my results! Where to begin... if only every business owner acted the way Dr. Will does. He CARES. Really. Not just about the business aspect, but, more importantly, the human aspect. I feel like he takes care of me as he would his own family. The level of patient awareness is incredible. I was blown away when after my surgery, I developed a small pocket of fluid and he came in on a SUNDAY, his day off, all the way in to his office, to take a look at it. He also called me a few hours after he did my surgery to see how I was doing. Not his secretary, HIM. Himself. He responded via text to any questions. concerns I had. Just incredible. I cannot say enough about his service. His skill level is also something I must note. Wow. He knows so much about the human body. I felt like a canvas for an artist. When we took off my binder to look at post surgery results, I watched him marvel at his work. You could see the excitement in his eyes as he checked over how he had sculpted me. That is something that money can't buy. Someone who is thrilled with what they create. He is passionate about the work he does. I looked through so many cosmetic surgeons that it made my head spin. I can't believe I got so lucky to have Dr. Will. I know he doesn't have a ton of reviews. And you are probably looking at this one and wondering. I thought the same, but I can tell you that you will be glad you made the phone call to him. I am. His quality and character cannot be matched. I am definitely a patient for life. read more

We've both been thru some bad dental experiences over the past year. Dr. Will very professionally addressed the issues and we quickly developed high confidence in what he said and his work. He takes the time needed to explain the options that might be available and ensures you make the best decision for your situation. The entire staff if extremely professional - not the personal chatter going on in the waiting room as I've seen with so many staff at multiple doctor offices. We're both impressed with his professionalism with his staff - and politeness. Dental work has become quite expensive. You won't find a "deal" here, but you won't anywhere else either. I went to this doctor for years, but he's lost it. I asked him to put filler in some lines between my eyes. Instead, he filled in the dent in the bridge of my nose. I assumed it was a mistake, but he said no, he did it on purpose. No discussion... just did it. Didn't ask. Just. Did. It. Even worse, I showed him a red patchy area and asked about it three times over the course of 18 months. Every time, he said it was "nothing to worry about." I finally said "We've been looking at it for 18 months now." He said "Oh? Shall I take it off and biopsy it?" His excuses for this poor level of care were that "he's not a dermatologist," so he shouldn't be expected to spot cancer. Except then he said he had no problem doing a biopsy. "I've done thousands of biopsies here in my surgery." He might not be a dermatologist, but he is a medical doctor. Medical doctors are expected to know when skin should be biopsied. The fact that I asked him three times over 18 months and yet I was the one who said "Don't you think maybe this is a problem?" puts his level of care in question. read more

I saw Dr. Michael Will for oral surgery (bone grafting & replacement of teeth), and I highly recommend him. I had a complex case, which led me to consult some of the best oral surgeons in the United States. Several experts said my case was too unusual, and surgery was likely to fail (even using the most advanced techniques); they either referred me to another surgeon or simply said they couldn't help me. Dr. Will was the only one to offer a solution and a plan for restoration. Brief history: I have had many dental procedures throughout my life and seen many dental specialists. Over time, I ended up without upper teeth and with severe bone loss. When I went to Dr. Will, I needed bone grafting to support either a denture or implants. What made the restoration particularly difficult was that I had only a very thin layer of bone left, and I am small-boned to begin with. Dr. Will had reviewed my x-rays and all other material I sent him before I arrived, did a thorough examination, then discussed doing a sinus lift bone graft with bone taken from the hip. He explained (and I understood) the details of the operation, the long recovery period, and the reasons he believed a sinus lift would succeed. He told me how often he performed this procedure and offered to give me the names of former patients should I want to talk with them. Dr. Will was aware of the challenges involved but performed surgery with no complications. I am healing quickly and have had no problems. He is a knowledgeable and skillful surgeon. He is also communicative and encouraging, professional and caring. I can't imagine finding a better oral surgeon. read more

I recently moved to Maryland and I was researching different offices to get botox injections. I don't like the wrinkles around my eyes, to my forehead, and in between my eyebrows. It is always a little nerve racking to get injected by someone new. After lots of research I finally decided to give Will Surgical Arts a try. I liked that he is a surgeon and he had good reviews. When I got to the office I was happy to find office was beautiful and clean. Dr. Will and his staff were amazing! They made me feel very comfortable and addressed all of my concers. They were very respectful of my privacy. Dr. Will was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what I wanted and took my budget restrictions into consideration. I was very happy with what he recommended. When it came time to do the injections he was very gentle. I barely even felt it. I am extremely pleased with the results! I took a laundry list to Dr. Will of things to fix. Being an engineer, I read up on how various procedures were done on a technical level. Like many things medical, the technology changes quickly and he enjoyed bringing me into the 21st Century. A few procedures on me were arthroscopic and other techniques that did not break skin from the outside, except of course the neck fix. After studying it for a long time, I've learned where to look for the marks/scars, but I seem to be the only one who notices. I'm growing my hair out (ala Phil Mickelson) to hide'm from myself. My bruising was minimal and I was back on the job in two weeks with just a bit of swelling under my eyes. Dr. Will's assistant, Kate Ward, was with me every step of the way including passing instruments during the five hour operation. I could not imagine better care. My colleagues, all of whom knew what I was up to, have collectively declared that Dr. Will expertly wiped 10-15 years off. The settling process will continue for a few months. I am still numb around the temples. Was there any pain? Only from the compression bandage tightly wrapped around my head for the first three days -- inducing a mild on and off headache. Overall I am quite pleased with the results, e.g., more friendly smiles from those cold yankees on the subway ;-) I need to learn how to keep a Joel Osteen smile on my face. read more

I am so happy with my experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Will and his practice. From the moment I walked in on the day of my consultation I was greeted with friendly, professional people who answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable. Our 10 yr old had baby teeth whose roots had never dissolved and the adult teeth had erupted as "fangs." At our initial consultation, Dr. Bitonti was very professional and conservative, suggesting that we see an orthodontist to ensure that 1. these teeth weren't needed as placeholders and 2. there weren't any other extractions needed for a successful orthodontic experience. After receiving an order from the orthodontist, I scheduled immediately with Dr. Bitonti. He was caring and kind with our son. He expressed genuine interest with our younger children (who came to both the consultation and the extraction appointments). And I have never encountered a more gracious, kind and engaging staff. Every phone call was answered pleasantly. Every concern was addressed professionally. The entire team was friendly to each member of our family. Best of all, the extractions were done quickly with no pain (local anesthesia only), no bruising, and no drama. My son isn't interested in a repeat any time soon, but overall, it was a pleasant experience for us both. read more
