In the spring of 2007 my dentist in the Fredneck area recommended I have my remaining wisdom teeth removed and recommended Dr. Michael Will, who just so happen to have his office 3 miles from home. Bonus. I made my appointment and went for the consult. I don't remember this consult very much as having teeth pulled was pretty common for me. (Before I had braces I needed 10 [yes, ten] baby teeth pulled.) It was when I was lying in the chair and he finished discussing the teeth removal that my memory really kicks in. At the very end he asks me, "do you often wake up in the middle of the night and you're not breathing?" What?! Yes! How'd he know?? He goes on to tell me he has much more education than just oral surgery and goes into how looking in my nose he can tell I likely sleep poorly. Bingo. Nailed it on the head. Dr. Will could have told me about the procedure he'd like to do to improve my sleep, but he doesn't. That's the easy move and that's not him. To ensure my apnea is mechanical, versus neurological or some other version, he sends me to do a sleep study and and have more tests which take about 2-3 weeks. I don't mind this because one, I've never had surgery; it scares me and two, he's being thorough ensuring that his procedure will correct my problematic sleep. I eventually have the procedure and was thrilled. I remember laying down on the surgical table, then I have a vague memory of goofing off in a wheelchair, then I'm sitting on my neighbors couch and their kids are putting stickers all over my sweatshirt. Zero pain. None, only mild discomfort for about 4 days. On day 4 I go back to his office and Dr. Will proceeds to remove roughly 325 feet of gauze from my nostrils. (I may be exaggerating.) While it didn't hurt, it was certainly a VERY strange sensation having that much packed gauze pulled from your nose like a clown pulls scarfs from his sleeve. It's now 2019 and as he told me back in 2007, I may need the same surgery once again. I'm here leaving a note as I prep for the same surgery far away from Maryland. If I were still in the USA I'd 100% go back to Dr. Will for the work he performed.

I was impressed with his demeanor and also that he is both a DDS and MD which is incredible and gave me extra confidence in his abilities. My extraction was quick, 15 minutes max, and I had absolutely no pain or issues whatsoever afterwards. He even called me that evening to see if I had any issues or questions. I had a previous extraction and a horrible experience with another provider and his staff. I can honestly say that if I needed to have another tooth pulled, that I wouldn't hesitate to return to his office for his expertise and great care. One of those comments and that review with this poor little girl that he screamed and yelled until the father couldn't go back. And the only way I would suggest the sky is if you enjoy being abused.

He tried taking her out of my arms despite me telling him it was not going to go well. She ended up fighting him. He was so rude and he ended up kicking us out of the office. DO NOT GO TO HIM. The dentist and owner has always been nice to me so some stars but other staff leave something to be desired... especially the front desk. To the admin: you are interacting with people whom have responsibilities that you'll never know or understand so I'll tell you the advice I got when I was just 15 years old: treat everyone with respect.

A…read moreprivate practice with friendly staff, great variety of music (oldies are my favorite) and generally laid back atmosphere puts one at ease. Dr. Croft is very skilled as a dentist, explains everything and quite simply, gives you a confident feeling that things will be taken care of. There's never been an issue with billing and when balances are due from insurance only covering a portion of the fees, they are always willing to work with you. It's a kick coming to his office as he unashamedly displays his patriotism and somewhat partisan lean, but NEVER pushes it on anyone. I like that, respect that and appreciate his approach to life and his respect for his patients. If you're considering making a change, or your insurance program offers Dr. Croft as an option, take it. You'll wonder why other dental offices aren't this cool.

She quoted me a price of 605$ which was fine with me and told me i could come RIGHT NOW!! As i arrived the receptionist Shemika was very sweet and helpful and did not charge me extra for anything. Dr. Mark Hoffrichter was very nice and numbed me easy with no pain from the needle injections. I noticed he was left handed so it was actually fun knowing how lucky lefties do things differently with angles! For those who dont like TVs playing news in waiting areas, this place doesnt do that. I have a long history of dental care and I've spent many hours in a dentist chair since childhood, but I'm no longer apprehensive about coming for my visits since I've been coming here. I definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for a family run dentistry that knows what they're doing, and that cultivates a nice atmosphere.

Since that time, he's helped restore almost every tooth I have. With at least 1 crown and 2 root canals, plus a dozen or more fillings. His work has always been flawless - and entirely pain free! So good, in fact, that my entire family are patients here. About the only service he couldn't provide for us was surgical extraction of my daughter's wisdom teeth. Otherwise, we've always been happy to come here, and are always comfortable in the chair with him.
