Just... a tooth deciding it had had enough. Thankfully, my dentist and his staff were literally about to close up for vacation, but they squeezed me in. And this visit confirmed something I've already been feeling since becoming a patient here: I am absolutely in the right dental office. Dr. Rosinski and Val must have done this a thousand times. They were calm, patient and completely unfazed, which helped me stay calm too. And there were some BIG shots with some BIG scary-looking needles involved, yet somehow I didn't feel a thing. How is that even possible?! They made a mold for my crown and Val fitted and placed a temporary. She kept checking it, adjusting it and checking it again until it was perfect by her standards. I couldn't really tell what was happening at that point because I was buried under sunglasses, dental tools and approximately 47 other pieces of equipment, but somehow they pulled it off. And now? I have zero issues with the temporary. I've gone to some truly wonderful dental practices over the years, but this office is something special. They genuinely care about their work, they care about their patients, and you can feel it. So, broken tooth and all, I walked out feeling pretty darn lucky. And when I go back for the actual crown, I already know it's going to be a walk in the park. Well... a walk in the park with a very large dental chair (and actually next door to a giant, amazing park!) Huge thanks to Dr. Rosinski and Val for taking such good care of me!

I had to wait months for my first appointment but once you're in, you're in ;) They are currently not accepting new patients for this reason - people love them and never leave lol I've moved and now live 90 minutes away but continue using them. The staff is fantastic, Dr. Jorgenson is fantastic. If you get a chance to get in, jump on it!

A medical professional should present you with options and help you figure out the best course of action. Blaming a patient for teeth clenching when they are asking for treatment options is uncalled for. At my next visit, when injecting anesthetic, the male doctor hit a nerve, sending a painful shock up my entire face. He minimized it and said I was overreacting to the level of pain he had caused. Please do yourself a favor and seek dental care somewhere with real professionals.

Any time I'm there in person or I call everyone is friendly and it makes for a really positive experience. In terms of skill, it seems like Dr. Shoff knows exactly what he's doing. And while I'm treatment my regular dentist was involved and behind the scenes they discuss my treatment. When I'm there for an appointment it doesn't matter which assistant I get because they're all awesome! I usually have questions because I'm a curious person and they can answer my questions or they write down the question to ask Dr. Shoff if it's beyond their scope. The awesome thing is that now that I'm done treatment I can still go back. For example, I got a filling on a tooth and my retainer didn't fit right. I was able to make an appointment and get new impressions done and a week later (only because that's how my schedule worked out) I got my new retainers. I highly recommend Dr. Shoff if you're looking into braces! Like I said, he is awesome!
