New owner. Previously, a job we had done was very good quality. This last job was full of…read moreinstallation defects. The installation crew came unprepared. We had to fabricate wood to make the slabs fit for them. The layout called for a continuous slab. The layout person apparently was not experienced enough. A seam had to be made for the install leaving the slab short with gaps at both ends. Caulking was sloppy and missing in some areas

When I was not thrilled with those options (I was kinda picky) we finally managed to find a slap of what I had previously picked then we had to wait for it to be delivered to them then to add more to their plate I added backsplash then took it off then added it back...now it is all installed and it is just amazing!!!
