I have to call back multiple times reminding them to do their job and when I do, I get attitude as if it's not their fault. They slam the phone down and are never helpful. She's always in a good mood (or at least seems to be) and uses fun tactics to get kids to engage with her, incorporating their interests to get them to do their work with her. We are so grateful for her and will be sad when the day comes that we don't need to see her every week.

We are disappointed with the lack of transparency on billing practices. We have received multiple…read morebills and are unable to discern what exactly we are paying for. We ask for clarification and receive statements with just codes on it and no explanation. The most feedback we received was on our exit appointment (which we requested) which was at the beginning of November but just received another confusing bill in the mail. I know medical/insurance stuff can be confusing but this seems unnecessary. We get more clarity in billing from an emergency room visit than this. We do appreciate any help with our child's development but feel taken advantage of for the actual amount of time/communication we received versus how much we were charged.

I'm totally switching clinics. Just had an appointment because of a sinus infection (I believe) was…read morethrowing up blood in the morning , throbbing headache etcccc.... Went to my appointment and had the rudest doctor. Normally I would ignore it , but I've already had bad experiences in this clinic . I had some miscarriages and it's hard for me to go back to this clinic, so knowing I haven't been feeling good, I chose to come back to see the doctor. Through my pregnancies, and appointment they were never worried about me or my babies health. This last appointment is the last straw. Seeing how I got told there was nothing wrong when I've had migraines for weeks, runny, congested and bloody noses for weeks, as well as throwing up blood. Do not recommend this place. They don't care about their patients.
