This is a medium size cemetery close to the banks of the Willamette River in Albany Oregon…read more I visit here once in awhile because this is where my Great Great Grandmother is buried. She is here, right next to my Great grandfather's Brother. Her son. He died at a very young age. Almost 19 years old. It was a mystery to me, until I did some research. I was able to find a newspaper stating that he drowned in the Willamette river. The report was that people thought he was playing around. When they realized he wasn't, it was too late. It's a sad story. I just feel like I should visit once in awhile. It's amazing that it happened almost a 100 years ago. They do a good job keeping the cemetery looking nice. I've always been impressed.
