They were very careful to confirm everything via email and coordinated gravestone installation with the cemetery (in Portland), and then sent me a photo once installed. It wasn't just that they saved me money, I got the stone and artwork that my mom's cemetery could not offer. It did take a while for the gravestone to be completed, but Edgewood warned me about that in the beginning, so I didn't have to worry.
