Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Found a bike online, we live in Washington (5 hrs away) and called to find out information on it. Spoke with Brian and let him know we would be down the following weekend with our trade in to complete the deal. Had been in touch throughout the week and confirmed the morning we were coming down with an exact appointment time. Finally arrive at the dealership only to find out the bike was sold 20 minutes before we got there. Brian and his manager claimed they didn't know but my question is why wasn't something placed on this bike to hold it at the very least on the morning after we confirmed the appointment time. We drove 5 hours, had our trailer with the trade in on it and spent several hundred on gas.. this Harley is absolutely shady and I would advise people to stay clear. They don't deserve anyone's business. read more

We had planned with this dealership MONTHS in advance of our cross country trip [6 bikes] for a 3 hole OIL CHANGE and a WASH only; it was reconfirmed few days prior as a reminder with service manager TROY again for 9am when they open [and it was a weekday]. Mind you ALL of us has a complete service of our bikes with home HD dealerships just prior to the trip. We arrived with 4 bikes as the other 2 decided to fly/ship bikes home and had to cut their trip short. At first it seemed Troy was just being "thorough" as he took forever to individually go thru each bike in the parking lot by testing horn, turn signals, brakes, etc; we told him do NOT need an inspection. Then it took forever to write up a simple oil change work order Thinks got worse as they took in 2 bikes first; then 1, then 1 and there were other "regular" customers also getting service. Troy came out to each of us and then presented our bikes needed "more work"; now it truly seemed like they were upselling us and of course their service area is literally behind closed bay-barn style doors so can't see anything. Bottom line for my bike was told it needed: a) clean and oil air filter b) front & rear brake flush c) adjust a loose drive belt Since one of the other bikes was still being worked on and we had death valley CA coming up in a day, I allowed (a) and (b). My bill was $500.33 and the mileage out was 34,653. All 4 bikes did NOT get out of service department until after 2:30+pm [5 1/2 hours wasted there] and not even 1 mile down road 3 out of the 4 bikes ALL said their clutch was too tight and we all had new problem of finding neutral! Well 3 days later my drive belt was SHOT; (ONLY 1,243 MILES LATER) and had to limp along Sequoia National Forrest to then get to Visalia Harley Davidson Dealership where they couldn't believe my belt was super TIGHT and MISSING 2 feet of teeth [yes you read that right; see attached pics and video). Things got worse as that dealership did not have in stock a new belt and anyone who knows CA there is nothing close to obtain another one. Wound up having them take a belt off a used bike and putting on my bike and then paying for a new one to be ordered and replaced on the used bike; of course had to pay DOUBLE labor; total 10 hours for both bikes @175.00 plus parts(seals), primary fluid, etc. They said they found my head pipe on right side was also cracked and they had to weld it; they completed all work by end of day. Days later I noticed the very bottom screw was missing from primary cover; not sure if was from Willamette Valley HD or them :(. After being on road for a day I called Willamette and asked to speak with service manager Troy; had to leave message; he did call me back shortly thereafter. I explained what happened and expecting some sort of compassion or even a credit refund and got nothing but an argument and explained how dissatisfied was with their lack of "caring"; not my style to get into a verbal battle on the phone. Troy blurted out something about all work is videoed by their techs? I sure would love to get my hands on this??? I was hoping somebody from this place would address the situation; nope. I am hoping the owner, Brian Parks? is reading this; would welcome a conversation from him before I reach out further to HOG customer care relations. THUS, THIS FULLY CERTIFIABLE ACCOUNT IS TRUE AND ACCURATE AND I HEREBY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WILLAMETTE VALLEY FOR ANY SERVICE PERIOD!. DO NOT EVER! SW an I had the afternoon to kill so... I got my way and we visited all the local motorcycle shops! We perused Harley and it was wonderful, spent the better part of an hour looking over their section of bikes, accessories and apparel. Nice and clean, cool people, while checking out dealer t-shirts a young woman (small, dark hair, cute) came an offered us waters and helped us find a shirt, (didn't care about folding all the shirts we looked at) kinda a pain to get to, well worth the trip. Went here today for their free Grinch pictures! The line was long but it went pretty quickly and everyone was in good spirits. Their workers were really kind and friendly and I would highly recommend giving business to this Harley-Davidson! This place is a joke as far as getting your bike worked on . So is the service manager. Do yourself a favor and take your bike somewhere else . They just string you along . Then even had a sales guy call and ask if I wanted to buy a new bike! Instead of working on my bike ( mine is only 4 years old!) They literally did nothing and feed me some lie that they took my bike apart, but they did not . And then acted like they did me a favor by supposedly charging me less ?!?! read more

Stopped in to pick up a T-shirt. Just passing through so I can't speak to their sales or service departments. A $30 markup on an item that probably cost ~ $5 to make says a lot about the Harley Davidson sales model, right? Charging outlandish prices so that loyal customers can walk around advertising your product...... sigh. Harley Davidson has always been like this. Their T-shirt selection was pretty good. I always buy one when I am in a new location. Two if they have a good selection. And more than that if they have any old, good, black T-shirts on clearance. I left with one. It was a rainy day. Not many customers. The checkout guy was very customer oriented which you don't always find at the dealerships. Probably won't be back unless I have a compelling need for another Eugene HD T-shirt. read more

Willamette valley harley davidson is weak.dont do business with them. They admitted to me that there guy played with my insurance so he " could work the guys more" instead of totaling my bike out. He sent a quote of 9000 and told me 14000. Four months later asked for 4000 more . 6 months they had my bike . Now I get it back with dings in tank and they put the wrong bars on so the cables are so stretched out u can't adjust anything. when they first pulled it out they had to take it back in and fix three things because they forgot the damage on the floorboards I just asked my insurance for more money so they can fix the suspension they forgot and my tank but since they messed up so bad they're giving me the cold shoulder ive call them every week and jim still won't make it right. Riding home to California I stopped in for a safety check riding an 03 Springer with 17k original miles that I bought the day before in Seattle. My concern was noise on lower left side of engine & also front end pulling to the right. Thankfully they make time for travelers. 2 hrs later the bike was done. The noise turned out to be a defective floorboard. To address pulling issue a loose drive belt was tightened. Immediately upon riding away I noticed bike still pulled the same as before. I returned to the dealer & asked if bike was road tested after service. Also asked why front forks & wheel bearings were not inspected. I thought I had been clear that the main reason I went there was to check if it was safe to continue riding 1100 miles to L.A.. After a couple more hours of back & forth the service manager agreed to personally check the bike. He said bearings seemed ok but found both tire tube valve stems loose so he tightened them. He also said the steering head adjustment seemed too tight & suggested having it inspected by my local dealer back home. After spending the better part of the day there I rode away to get a room for the night. About an hour later I stopped at a motel & immediately noticed that one of the two solo seat quick release nuts was missing. It obviously had not been retightened correctly at the dealership. Thankfully, during my visit all the employees in both service & parts dept. were very nice to me from beginning to end. So my conclusion to my bad experience is that the techs are spread way too thin because it's the only H-D dealer for many miles so they must service bikes for a huge geographic customer base. Or maybe the problem is that I'm spoiled with great above & beyond service because where I live there's many Harley dealerships in every direction. Either way, the guys seamed like a good bunch & I would recommend them & also visit again if in Eugene. read more

I had them do an oil change and Fork seal Kit on my forks 2012 Wide Glide. I told them several times I didn't want synthetic in my primary which they did anyway. The worst part is I was could have been killed because they forgot to tighten the only two bolts holding my front tire onto my forks. I went for a ride up 58 to Oakridge and before leaving to come home I decided to check their work and noticed one bolt completely missing and the other hanging by two threads. This could have or would have been fatal on my ride home. They were polite and put a new bolt and changed my primary oil but this is very unexceptionable. I was offered nothing else no partial refund for ruining my ride and scaring the crap out of me that Sunday. Tried to load pictures and couldn't sorry. read more

***Final update/review*** I got my bike back today. They picked it up from my house and only had it for less than 3 days, which is not long when troubleshooting an issue and past work. I expected much longer for the circumstances. I am very happy with how my bike runs now. I only got to test ride it in the rain, but I can tell the issue it had was gone and the bike is a hard runner and going to be a lot of fun. I can't wait for some nice weather now. This Harley Shop has an outstanding team with everyone from the owner, through all management, and all employees. One of the best Harley Dealer/Shops in the nation at this time. Right now they have an excellent tuner. He was able to quickly diagnose and tune my bike to excellent performance while correcting a backfire issue I was having. I highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you had been burned by past ownership. I am very happy with them. read more

Pretty sad when they advertise a specific used bike for $4795 on their website and then you call talk to them to find out what the title and paperwork price is and they tell you after four hours the actual price is $5695 and $600 of other paperwork fees is because they now realise there aren't allot of them for sale at the moment and then they remove the price from their website to try and get $6300 for it OTD. This is not good faith and fair dealing. I wouldn't go near this dealership. They are not trustable. read more
